Ryusei the Morning Star
When a monster is Special Summoned from your Graveyard, you can draw 1 card. => When a monster is Special Summoned from your Graveyard, you can draw 1 card. You can only use the effect of "Card of Safe Return" once per turn Balanced and good I think?
Azuh
You know, so many cards can come off the banlist if Konami actually put once per turn clauses in most of them Plus it'll be like Supply Squad, which is cool
jackelgull
I remember when this card was just mediocre.
(GigaDrillBreaker)
This card is the sheet in Traditional Rulers.
Slinky
It'd be better with soft opt so it actually is like supply squad.

You really wanna give clown a draw engine?
Sleepy
Hard OPT clause is the way to go IMO. Remember there are few decks (like Scraps) that can actually destroy things on their own in a pro-active manner, so Supply Squad is usually relegated to getting back up from your opponent's push if you splash it in most places. However, reviving monsters is more generally used by way too many strategies in the game to further themselves as is, so it would just be an easy +1 every turn that's more likely to give you instant use of what you draw than Supply Squad. At least, that's how I think it'd happen.
