I assume you crop the leg cause it's getting in the way of the text? Yep!

 

Okay, the card image is done pretty well~ (I won't lose! i'll make my 100th card set "special" too!)

 

Now for the effect, hmm . . . . So Tribute 1 monster to shuffle 1 card? nice.

But what if you Tribute itself and SS Lonefire Blossom? :O (assuming you have Lonefire at grave and another Plant.)

OR if you have 7 Plant, Tribute this card and SS this card again? Well, loop :P

 

So yes overall is nice except for the loop part.

 

Just my idea: I think it's good to use this card to advertise DP, in doing so to take "few" people online at DP cause "look it has nice card template" etc etc etc

Was gonna comment about how hey, X-Sabers could totally use this! but then it's a level 7 and not 6(weirdass thing on the head blocking the stars). Which means I have to run either Wayne, a level 5 Synchro or run a level 4 X-Saber that's not boggart knight and that's pretty much a waste of space. Real shame since tribute material's never lacking in X-Sabers.

 

Still, a level 7 >2500ATK synchro with a tuner restriction and a return to deck effect sounds pretty cool to me.

Maybe I remember my rulings wrong but being tributed as a cost doesn't count towards this card's second effect's activation.

I like how it the card looks: the artwork is great and the white theme blends nicely with the card's color/border of Synchros.

 

Art aside, the effects are good, and yet I feel it is a bit too fair for a non-genericSynchro7. I mean, a 1-for-1 spin is good, the floating is good, but still, a part of me would prefer if this card had a couple of tricks under her sleeve. For instance:

- Being able to Tribute herself for her first effect, and then trigger her second effect. Needless to say, this doesn't work since the first effect Tributes as cost.

- Perhaps an on-Summon, single-use, no-cost card spin instead, if only to make her a bit more cost-efficient.

 

Hold on... I just realized the first effect is not even OPT. In that case it should be fine then, because with enough Tributes you can potentially spin up the whole opponent's monster row and inflict big damage.

 

That aside, this is highly unlikely to be abused, but perhaps it would be better to prevent her from summoning herself form the grave or another copy of her with the second effect, just to avoid silly loops like destroying and bringing her back again and again. Either that, or put a hard OPT in there.

Oh my . . . forgot about that, so Tributing itself won't trigger it. (Refer to Dark World monster being discarded by card effect's cost or Shaddoll milled by Charge of the Light Brigade.)

 

So the last part of her effect is fine imo. (No need to change.)

I would be unsure about a level 7 that can shuffle in a monster right off the bat, but Lord Zeta is Pretty similar in that regard, and I wouldn't call him broken. This can be used several times a turn, but even then you aren't getting too much out of it. I honestly think the car is fine as-is.

Leaving the name box as is in that edit kinda bothers me in that for some reason. Either throw a gold border around it like the effect box or preferably, get rid of the white background and make the name text white with gold borders. Got a feeling that'll look great.
