3 Level 12 LIGHT Dragon-Type Monsters

Must be Xyz Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 8 or higher LIGHT Dragon-Type Xyz monster you control with no Xyz materials attached to it as the Xyz Material. Once per turn, during either players turn: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this card is unaffected by your opponents card effects until the turns End-Phase.

As you probably know by now, there are only four monsters that fit the bill for this card's regular summoning requirements, but they're ED monsters and aren't worth being used for this card's Xyz, especially in triples. (Talking about Blue-Eyes Ultimate, Master of Dragon Soldier and both Quasar/Sifr)

 

Maybe if we get a card that makes easy Level 12s (well, there IS Galaxy Queen's Light to make this possible, but that requires you to go through hoops).

 

Pretty much, you'll be making this using the alternate summon option.

 

In any case, Photon/Galaxies have an alternate option of using up old 62/107s instead of going into 95, so that's something.

Also a few other things this card can fit into, given conditions.

For the most part, it's basically a Rank-Up Xyz that gets one shot of invincibility (barring random Honest boosts on the opponent's end), because you're making it with the alternate condition. If you somehow manage to make this card with its proper materials, then good luck getting rid of it.

 

Oh wait, you COULD Astral Force 99 into this if you can make it / want to.

Sakura Pretty much covered everything, except for maybe DNA Transplant + D.Tribe + gagaga caeser banising a LV12 or something as a summoning method.

 

Love the art, did you edit/draw that yourself?

 

The card is well worth it if you get it out, especially if you have a way to add materials to it.
