チューニングガム Chuuningu Gamu (Tuning Gum)
Level 1 DARK Fiend-Type Tuner Effect Monster
ATK 400
DEF 1200
You can only use the (1) effect of “Tuning Gum” once per turn.
(1) Target 1 face-up monster you control; that monster is treated as a Tuner this turn. During the turn this effect is activated, Synchro Monsters you control cannot declare an attack.
(2) When a card or effect targets only 1 Synchro Monster you control: You can banish this card from the Graveyard; negate that activation.

You can bring this out with One for One. Though, what Synchro Monsters would benefit best from this card?

All of the RDA Family.

Target a Level 3 to Tunerize, and you can make Nova and King Calamity

This guy makes Bane on it's own, and only needs an L1 or L2 target to make Belial. (I may have those names backwards.)

I thought his archetype was Resonator. I don't know how this card would help bring out any of the Red Dragon monsters any easier than those.

It makes bring out the bigger variants, like Abyss, Nova or Calamity. You can Normal Summon Kinka-Byo, SS this guy, then ladder into Abyss/Belial/etc if you've Red Dragon Archfiend or another DARK Dragon Synchro out. Seems fun for my Symphonic DN deck.

Bringing out this card isn't that hard. The hard part's bringing out a Red Dragon Archfiend on the field without having it removed from the field.

This is inherent D/D/D support. The Synchros can't attack drawback is no big deal when you can just swing with the Xyzs or D'Arc/Beowulf, and then backup with CrWSD or Siegfried, but the fact that it can't summon itself kind of sets you back. However, when played right, you can turn things like Kepler for Berfomet into Tuners, and it's not hard using Level 1s a lot in D/D/D.

It's only the Synchros that can attack actually.
