Armz, the Meme Melee Base stats: Medium Stats: Squishy Role: Jungler Scalings: High Passive: Every 10/8/6/4 seconds generate a Meme charge (max 2/4/6/8). Using an ability expends all charges to sap health equal to each charge x 20/30/40/50 (+0.1 bonus AD)(+0.2AP) (spread out over each target hit). Q - Discord: When activated, immediately grants a charge of Meme. Your next basic attack after activation becomes an AOE around you and causes each opponent to Bleed for 20/30/40/50/60 (+0.2 AD)(+0.3 AP) per second for 3 seconds. 5 second CD at all ranks. W - Lurk: Instantly gain Stealth. While Stealthed you cannot move or attack (you can cast E tho.). All damage over time and CC on you is Cleansed. 20/18/16/14/12 second cooldown. Anyone who has damaged you in the last 1/2/3/4/5 seconds is slowed by 90% decaying over 2 seconds. E - Meme'd On - Teleport a short distance away (flash range) and create a decoy from where you teleported. It explodes in 6/5/4/3/2 seconds dealing 100/130/160/190/210 (+0.8 AD)(+0.7 AP) (half is physical, half is magical). 14 second cooldown. R - Rep King - Slam a tail in target direction (distance 800, width 100), stunning all enemies hit for 1/2/3 seconds and applying Discord's Bleed. 120/100/80 second cooldown.
