Pendulum Rising

Send 1 monster you control to the Graveyard; Special Summon from your Deck, 1 Pendulum Monster with the same Level as the sent monster's original Level, but destroy it during the End Phase. You can only activate 1 "Pendulum Rising" per turn.
 

Reminder that this is still a card that exists. Was good in the (bad) original Ppal builds, and it can easily be good again because finding Sorc, provided it's limited or something, is OPOP.

True. Even if you end up losing a good card, you could still end up adding something far better with Sorcerer. Though, what if you have a Level other than 4? Or do you just let it sit until you add a Level 4 monster?

 

Also: How many Pendulum Risings is it best to run?

I tired it out: It's really good if you get it with an Armageddon Knight, but AK builds I think are going to die off soon, so the only worthwhile target left is Secondonkey when that does happen.

 

Also, this card can compound the deck further than it already is with Armageddon, etc. leading to some weird hands.
