Once per turn: You can reveal this card in your hand, then target 1 Level 1 Normal Monster you control (keep this card revealed until the end of this turn); place 1 Zushin Counter on it. Unaffected by other cards' effects. If this card battles a monster, during damage calculation: ATK and DEF of this card become equal to the current ATK of the monster it is battling +1000, during that damage calculation only.

So yeah, this is coming in Dragons of Legend 3. And it's an Ultra Rare. Not a common like in the anime ;_;

OT: Zushin is pretty neat but it's barely even casually viable, let alone competitive. Mainly a collectible.

Why? They changed the art for many other anime cards.

 

Even the Egyptian Gods have had their art changed numerous times.

 

The rarity is considered against the spirit of the card, because the rarity represented how worthless the card was deemed; the art had nothing to do with that.

At least the OCG kept the spirit of the card by keeping it common, shame we have to have it as a holo.

In all of those instances, I actually preferred the IRL art over the anime art. In a number of said cases, more detail was put in.

And that's what I'm trying to understand; why do you prefer the art change for those, but this particular card's art change irks you?  It isn't any more iconic than many of the cards I listed.

Use "Escalation of the Monarchs" to Summon Neptune during your opponent's turn? (Since AWMA prevents the Normal Summon as well)

Honest activates in the damage step, Zushin during damage calculation, so you can't Honest over it.
