Though I do admit I didn't get all the way through DP but I did get through Platinum and that was a good game.HeartGold and SoulSilver were also good games. Also Shaymin? Really? Shaymin?! Probably a combination of how well they did the plot, combined with the interesting Poke-designs, and the region. Also the localization was really, really good.
