You can Tribute this face-up monster: Special Summon 1 Cyverse-Type or Machine-Type monster from your Graveyard. During your Standby Phase, you can Special Summon this monster from your Graveyard (you can only activate this effect of "Mechanical Decoy" once per turn).

Just make sure to put possible materials that can summon it under the card so that we know it's possible. Part of the rules after all.

You can also Xyz Summon this monster from your Extra Deck using 1 Rank 8 Xyz monster you control as Material (you can only Summon 1 "Spider Cannon Walker" per turn this way). Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to destroy 1 card on the field or 1 random card in either player's hand. If this monster destroys a card by battle or its own effect, you can toss a coin: If Heads, destroy 1 card on the field or 1 random card in either player's hand, then you can toss another coin and use this effect again.

 

The Mechanikings and Cyverse King can be used as Material, and it can stack on Cyber Surfer.

Whenever an effect is activated that involves rolling a die or flipping a coin, when that effect resolves, the turn player can target 1 monster on the field: it gains or loses 500 ATK. Once per turn, the turn player can draw 1 card, then roll a six-sided die and activate the appropriate effect, based on the result:

  • 1: Banish the drawn card.
  • 2: Discard the drawn card. Its effects are negated (everywhere).
  • 3: Gain 1000 LP.
  • 4: Inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.
  • 5: Special Summon it (if the drawn card is a monster). If you cannot, draw 1 card.
