Legendary Dragons came in fours, this contest will be too: so, you and I shall make 2 of the following cards of your choice, in honor of 2 of these female antagonists-turned-protagonists of four different Yu-Gi-Oh series:
A) An Extra Deck variant of Harpie Lady Sisters. (Mai)
B) A Dark Counterpart support card. (Yubel)
C) A "Rose" Plant Support Card. (Akiza)
D)  A "Butterspy" support card. (Dextra)

[spoiler=Cards A]

WIND/Winged Beast-Type Fusion Effect Monster/Level 7/1950 ATK/2100 DEF
Lore: 3 Winged Beast "Harpie" monsters with different original names, including "Harpie Lady"
Must be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by banishing the above cards from your field or GY. (You do not use "Polymerization".) Gains 300 ATK for each Spell/Trap on the field or in your opponent's GY. Cannot be banished by card effects, also your opponent cannot destroy this card with card effects. Once per turn: You can discard 1 WIND monster; this card can make a second and third attack on an opponent's monster during each Battle Phase this turn. This card's name becomes "Harpie Lady Sisters" while on the field or in the GY.
DARK/Plant-Type Synchro Tuner Effect Monster/Level 5/2000 ATK/1200 DEF
Lore: 1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner Plant monsters
If you control no Plant monsters: You can send 1 Plant monster from your Deck to the GY: Special Summon 1 Plant monster from your hand or GY that is 2 or 3 Levels higher than that sent monster. During the Main Phase or Battle Phase (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card and 1 Plant monster you control; Special Summon 1 Plant or Dragon Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck with 2400 or less ATK. (This is treated as a Synchro Summon.) You can only Special Summon "Vassal of the Black Rose(s)" once per turn.

[spoiler=Cards B]

Harpie Queen the Phantasmal Dragon Knight
WIND | Dragon / Xyz / Effect / Rank 7 | ATK 3000 / DEF 2500
Lore: 2 Level 7 WIND monsters
You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 4 WIND monster you control that has a "Harpie" monster as material. (Transfer its materials to this card). If Summoned this way, switch this card's original ATK and DEF. You can only use each of these effects of "Harpie Queen the Phantasmal Dragon Knight" once per turn.
● You can detach 1 material; add 1 "Hysteric" or "Harpie" Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand.
● If a Spell/Trap(s) you control is destroyed by a card effect: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 WIND Winged Beast monster from your Deck.
Fiery Dragoness of the Black Rose's Garden
FIRE | Dragon / Synchro / Effect/ Level 8 | ATK 2900 / DEF 2300
Lore: 1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner Synchro Monsters
Negate the effects of all face-up monsters your opponent controls. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 Attack Position monster your opponent controls; take control of that target, and if you do, it becomes Plant monster, but its effects are negated.

Let's just vote in here and make this not dead, mkay?

Set A

Ectasisters is probably what OG Sisters should've been in terms of potency and whatnot. Granted, you do have to expend 3 monsters on the field or GY with different names, but given they have so much of that now, it's really not hard. Shines well against Spell heavy Decks and protection is generally fine. Then again, this sets up for Hysteric Party fodder if needed, so... Now if only Egotist summoned from GY too, since otherwise only purpose of this card being "Harpie Lady Sisters" is just for Triangle Ecstasy Spark (which isn't even searchable and requires you to actually run Sisters).

As for Vassal, you do realize that unless you DNA Surgery this or something, you cannot trigger this card's first effect because, well, you have a Plant out. I want to assume it was a mistake, but cannot do that. With that being said, even if this weren't a Plant, I am iffy about this milling something like Glow-Up to go into Baobaboon or Lonefire, latter which then goes into Tytannial, Gigaplant or whatever (but it's more on them instead of this card). Other effect is okay, but in terms of actually good targets; you have Akiza's stuff for the most part (both cases), Ancient Fairy, Shooting Riser, etc. It's not too bad, but you actually need to control another Plant and this. Guess being a Tuner kinda helps in certain cases too.

Set B

Part of me is skeptical about this card's condition. Granted, you'll probably be Ranking Up from the Phantasm Dragon, though there's also Tornado, Castel (assuming you don't use its effect to bounce something), Chidori, but...it just has to be a Rank 4 WIND, which the latter are. Granted, it does swap its stats, in which case, 2500/3000 isn't too bad. Both of its effects are fine, considering Harpies do need ways to get their backrow cards too.

As for the Akiza card, not keen on it being a one-sided Skill Drain with the same Level of summon difficulty as Crystal Wing. In a sense, both of them are similar in application (this one is full-on negation and can steal monsters to make as Plants; Crystal Wing just negates and gains power). Uh, this card is technically BETTER than Crystal, even if not Quick Effect (who needs it when it's flat-out negation). Yes, it doesn't block face-down monsters, but once they get flipped, they're being negated anyway.

I'm voting set A, though it's mostly due to the Fusion being acceptable. The Synchro is somewhat iffy and cannot use its other effect because it itself is a Plant, but it does have a good range of monsters to go into via its effect.

With set B, the Xyz has good enough effects, but the alternate summon condition is somewhat iffy. (If you manage to even summon Channeler and OG Pet Dragon for materials, then yeah, you can have your 3K monster, but how likely are you going to do it?). With the Synchro, yeah, a better Crystal Wing clone that steals monsters is not good design.

This is a tough choice. I would say both sets are at about the same power level.

First, an "ABC-Buster Dragon" for Harpies, who should have little problem with getting 3 Harpies in the GY and the monster it's pretty much a walking OTK. Meanwhile, Akiza support can be summed up as a Quick Effect Black Rose which in turn it's Summonable by Needlefiber, so you can go Needlefiber --> this --> this + a Plant --> Nuke, bounce, or Summon Red Wyvern, etc. I'm assuming the first effect is supposed to say "If you don't control other Plant monsters".

Anyway, on the other hand, The Harpie Queen from Set B can be devastating if you Summon it from Chidori, plus it's able to grab the Feather Duster in OCG, and in TCG too if it's ever moved from the Forbidden list. And the Akiza support is a welcomed counterpart to Crystal Wing that cannot get Windwitch support, so that's more or less a balancing factor IMO. Still, it's a nasty card.

I'm going for Set A at the end. The strength of the Chidori -> Harpie Queen play, in addition to Queen's own effects, pushes it a bit too far IMO, while the Black Rose card and its one-sided Skill Drain + Quick monster steal is outright nasty.

I may not be a big fan of the Harpie Fusion from Set A due to its ABC-style free monster + OTK nature, but at least it isn't as potent as Set B's Harpie, and I like the Akiza support from this Set.

Well, 3 days anyway because no one voted for whatever reason, but yeah. Just make sure that Darj and I get voting reps for this.
