You can only use each of the following effects of "The Amazing Crystal Dragon" once per turn. If this card is Special Summoned this way: You can Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower Tuner monster from your hand, then you can reduce this card's Level equal to the Level of the Summoned monster.
