This card can make attacks each Battle Phase up to its Level in multiples of 4. Field Spell

Once per turn, you can target 1 card in your Pendulum Zone and declare a Scale from 1-8; this turn, it becomes that Scale. This card gains the following effects equal to the number of Pendulum Monsters in your face-up Extra Deck.

● 1-2: Pendulum Summoned monsters you control are unaffected by Trap effects.

I'm gonna use Interest Reborn on this thread to Special Summon it from the GY!

Monster Effect: "Once per turn, you can either: Target 1 Pendulum monster you control; equip this card to that target, OR: Unequip this card and place it in the Pendulum Zone. A monster equipped this card has its Pendulum Scale decreased by 1 during each Standby Phase (min 1), also if the equipped monster would be destroyed by battle or card effect, destroy this card instead. If I understand the rules correctly, as long as this card doesn't leave the field, it remembers what Scale it is. Meaning you can bounce it from field, to backrow, to pendulum zone with its scale increasing every Standby Phase.

Next:

Ok let's go for maximum ridiculous. Make a Pendulum with 5 card types, that isn't a union monster. Meaning it has to have:

1. Monster Type.

2. Pendulum

3. Extra Deck Monster Type

4. Ability type (Flip, Toon, Spirit, or Gemini)

5. Effect/Normal

once per turn: you can target 1 dragon type monster or 1 monster with dragon in it's name that you control and equip it to this card then this card gains attack equal to it's attack.

pendulum effect: you can only pendulum summon "Warrior of felgrand" monsters

Pendulum Effect:

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set.  Must be Special Summoned by its own effect.  When you Pendulum Summon a monster(s): You can reveal this card in your hand; tribute all Pendulum Summoned monsters on the field to Special Summon this card, and it gains 1000 ATK for each.  While all the cards in your Extra Deck are face-up, this card is unaffected by the effects of all non-Pendulum monsters.  Once per turn: If a monster(s) is Pendulum Summoned, you can destroy all Pendulum Summoned monsters, and if you do, this turn this card can attack a number of times up to the number of destroyed monsters.
