XD I knew some one whould say that Ok I quote SakuraiI’m just going to come out and say it: when Mr. Resetti appears' date=' all he does is lecture you. Whether you’ve reset the game or not, he just lectures...I would take that to mean that he as no other powers, and Sakurai just edited it to have those word and like that. For all we know it might have been a Bellossom or even Jigglypuff who did that, it was most likely a joke on how long he talks . Except with water instead of ice and grass instead of electricity. I'm glad they didn't have his send out a legendary or some stupid 4th gen. Pokemon. They can be in Pokeballs.
