Being a synchro, having less stars makes it harder to summon?Tuner = (hypothetical) 3 star, means you need a 2 star monster on the field also... By removing 1 Spell Counter from this card, negate the activation of a Spell, Trap of Effect Monster effect that targets this card and destroy it. Once per turn during your Main Phase, you can remove from play 1 Level 6 or higher Spellcaster-type monster on your side of the field to randomly remove from play 1 card in your opponent's Deck.
