Yu-Gi-Oh! Kronos Krysis [Started; Always Accepting; Nedding Players for U.A.L Faction]

My First Role-play on this Fourm, But i do have Experence on this Fourm, Runescape and Midake High.

 

-The Plot-

The world as we know it does not exist, as a result of the "Big Bang" that occurred several years earlier. At around 8 AM (EST), on November 15, 2012 in the center of Domino City, New York, a bomb of unknown origin detonated, wiping out the entire east coast of the United States. Several smaller bombings would soon follow in quick succession in other major cities around the world, wiping out at least a quarter of the human population in the process. After the initial turmoil, blame was thrown wildly as people tried to discover who or what was the source. War erupted.

 

A group soon appeared after in the center of Domino City bombsite, rising from the ashes of a war-torn world; they called themselves the "Artemis". The Artemis were duelists of course who, by using a hidden technology, had given their decks life in the form of Duel Spirits, sentient AI's that could be embedded into specific cards. With these, they quickly took control of most of the world's resources, and of the world itself.

 

Rebellions were bound to have occurred, and most met with failure. Artemis crushed all who defied their rule ... until the parts of the world were able to replicate their Duel Spirit technology. Several other dueling factions would soon grew, and would converge on Domino City to confront Artemis. All of the world's remaining organizations focused their efforts on that one focal point in an effort to cut the sever the head of the beast. But Artemis won't go down without a fight...

 

 

~Factions~

 

Artemis

The main antagonists. They control the majority of the world's resources and operate with alarming efficiency. Their numbers are few, but their members are exemplary. Artemis' motives are currently unknown, nor is the true source of their Duel Spirit technology. They have the entire west side of city under their control, and focusing around an Abbadoned Skyscraper District in the Gettos.

 

United Americas League (UAL)

A faction made up of whoever survived in the Americas after the Big Bang. Their primary objective is the destruction of Artemis. If you aren't with a faction, then these people will hunt you down. They are by far the most numerous, and make their home around the City Skyscrapers.

 

Kronos

Former members of Artemis who have defected in an effort to gain power in the world. They are the ones who leaked the Duel Spirit technology, but none of it's members know of it's true origin. They are not on good terms with Artemis. It's an often site to see a Kronos and an Artemis member duke it out in the streets over the simplest of things. They control the old Kaiba Corp. building as there Headquarters.

 

European Liberation Front (ELF)

A ragtag group of people with no real function. They are bound together by necessity. ELF has no real objective outside of seeing Artemis dead and living to see another day. They are considered outcasts in Domino City, and as such, make their home in the Sewers.

 

Nihon-koku (aka The National Republic of Japan)

The only country to survive the Big Bang completely unscathed. They have remained outside of world events. The only reason why they are entering the fray now is to repair their honor amongst the world. The leader seems to have some sort of connection with Artemis that prevented their destruction. Nihon-koku centers their efforts in the Kaiba Land building, which has been refurbished to meet their needs.

16, male. One of the few survivors of the bombings when they destroyed his school, the Central Academy. He found the Sacred Beasts amongst a plethora of rare cards earlier that day. As a result of his ownership of the Sacred Beasts, he was forced to join Artemis against his will, where he was experimented on in an attempt to join their Duel Spirit technology to the human body. He escaped soon after with the help of the Original Kronos Members as They rebelled, and views Him as there leader And There salvation. Kana is not on good terms with U.A.L and Faces Death if Ever Captured.

Bio: Brad Takimara Was The One To Discover And Test The Duel Spirit Technology. The Members Of Artemis Consider Him As The Master Of Dueling Arts. He Was The Last Survivor From The UK.

Faction and Status: Member of Kronos

Duel Spirit: Black Ice Golem (If Customs are allowed, otherwise, Future Samurai)

Age: 16

Gender: Male

Bio: (eh, I suck at writing a bio, but here goes a try; )

Alexander grew up in a very rural environment, he always believed that he had a higher purpose in life, a mission that he had to achieve. After hearing of the disaster in the rather distant Domino City, he convinced himself that he'd find meaning there, a truth, a meaning in life. He set out, slowly crossing the country and making do with what he could get as he moved ever closer to Domino.

When there, he was immediately thrown into the chaos of the events, finding himself mixed up in fighting and soon being acquainted with the duel spirit technology. Throughout the confusion he managed to survive for fighting for all sides at one point or another, a faction-less mercenary as it were. Soon before Kronos split away from Artemis, he had joined Artemis and was repeatedly arguing with superiors and starting uproars over disagreements with their ethics, when he heard of Kronos' formation, he split away form Artemis, sure that Kronos would do things the right way.

Just a suggestion, but you would probably best to only accept people for Kronos for now. The players are going slowly, so it'd be a bad idea to use all the factions. More factions just splits the players up and makes it a bit harder for them to interact, not good with few people.

Bio: Albus main goal after the Big Bang was to find out the Artemis secrets, so he can help bring down all evil. He used his skills to blend in with the rest until the day he found out about the Kronos formation, he joined them in order to help attain his one tue goal.

Ben was taken at an early age for Duel Spirit research after he had cut a building clean in two with his ace, Phoenix Gearfried. It turned out that he was a Psychic Duelist, and that his powers were strong enough that the mental frequency could be emulated. Thus he became the posterchild for the Artemis, especially when the first Duel Spirit card with the new Psycho Reality Interface software was used with successful results. He had a major part in the Artemis' takeover, shattering the European Union into the disorganized ELF seen today. But once he took a retrospective look at what he and the organization had caused, he was nearly driven insane with grief and guilt. He in fact led a small but powerful faction, Ouranos, from Artemis, but when it was clear that it was too small to function well, they joined Kronos, and Ben with his prodigious skill and devastating power was made second in command. So long as his emotions are kept in check, his powers are too. But if he flies into a passion, expect some fallen trees. His Deck, reflecting his burning hidden powers, consists of Gemini Monsters.

Duel Spirit: Silent Swordsman Lv0

Gender: Male

Bio: He's one of the only survivor in the New York blast. His parents saved him by covering him with their own bodies. He joined the UAL at the first oppurtunity he got and with his skills and brains he was able to quickly become leader. Another reason he was able to become leader was his calm and hardworking personality.

Neo Domino City, was once A City which contained the best duelists in the World. This city now is A Hell for the Inhabatents as a War rages across the Ruins of the once Proud Skyscrapers. The war here Rages on as the Battle beween Artemis and Kronos Destroys a Former Mall.

 

"Go Blackwing - Armor Master! Black Hurracane!" a Boy spoke, he had Spikey brown and Grey Hair with a Bandage around his Left eye.

 

Suddenly A Duel Monster Appeared from The Skylight and Crasheed into A Gang of Duelists which were Cloked. The Boy then Smirked and Grabed a Mobile from a Pocket of his Tattered Black Wastecoat and Started to talk;

 

"Its Kana, The Unit has been Nuterlised and im Returning to Base" He Spoke in a Beathless Voice and Turned off a Duel disk on his Right arm, causing the Blackwing Armor Master to Dissapear. Kana then Walked off to a Parked Land rover and Got in with another Kid inside.

 

"Creed, Is that the Last of them Artemis Gangs in the Area?" He asked in the Same Beathless Voice.

"Alex," he said slowly from beneath his black hair which fell down to the bottom of his neck. He didn't turn his head to look at his superior, but rather stared blankly down the street with his icy blue eyes, as though focusing on something distant, "my name is Alex."

 

As he tapped his fingers on the window next to him, dressed in black jeans and a short sleeveless black top jacket, covered with swirling blue patterns, a long sleeved thin navy-blue sweater beneath. He slowly moved his hand up and down the window as he stared down the street. "No," he slowly said, finally looking at Kana beside him, "if that was the last of them, he would have returned by now," he shook his head firmly, indicating the Black Ice Shark card on his activated duel disk, "he's hunting."

 

After giving his last words, he looked again out of the front of the vehicle, and down the street, with just as much focus as before. "He's coming back," He said, still staring down the street, although nothing was visible, "he's coming back, they're dead, or chasing him."

"Good, and lets hope Artemis dont try to Take the Land Again, This place is suppose to be A New Township for the Homeless and i dont want it to end up like the West side of the City after what Artemis did to it..." Kana Responded in a Annoyed Tone of voice Before Looking at his Duel Disk, a Combernation of a Obelisk Duel Disk and a Cable leading to a Device attached to his Wastecoat.

 

"Armor Master just said theres None he can Detect, there Gone Hopefuly" Kana Sighed Slightly Happy.

Vayne looked down at the mall from the top floor of one of the remaining skyskrapers. He was wearing a duel disk with a single card on it. He looked at the sky that still held some ash from the big bang. Next to him stodd a little boy with green skin, orange hair covering his right eye. His left eye was big and red with a scar going from that eye to the bottom of his face. He wore some sort of blue robe-like armor with a a helmet, white gloves, and blue shoes. He held a sword which you would never think he could carry and swing around like he could. This was Vayne's duel spirit, Silent Swordsman Lv0. Nicknamed Null. "Hey Null, I heard this used to be a beautiful city. Can you believe that a push of a button could do all this?" There was no response.

[Kuro no Keiyakushu]

Albus sat in one of the alleys between two wrecked buildings. On one of his arms, there was a duel disk that he made himself. There was a Monster Card on it. His duel spirit sat next to him, groaning. It was called Forever Nightmare, but Albus knew him as Z.

 

"Hey Albus, don't you know how boring this is. We've been sitting here for over an hour doing nothing! I live to kill you know!"

 

"Calm down Z. We stay put until we see another member from Kronos. There's no purupose to move otherwise."
