All DARK monsters on the field are uneffected by the effects of Monster Cards. Each time a monster declares an attacks on a face-up monster, place 1 Chain Counter on the atttacking monster. A monster with a Chain Counter cannot declare an attack. During your opponent's Standby Phase, you gain Life Points equal to the total amount of Effect damage you inflicted during your last turn. Discard 1 card from your hand during each of your End Phases. If you do not, destroy this card.

here is my card, i hope understand the request:)

[spoiler=effect!!] Each time that a Spell Card is activated place a Spell Counter on this card. Increase the ATK of all Spellcaster-Type monsters on the field by 100 for each Spell Counter on this card. Each time that a Spellcaster-Type monster is destroyed, place 1 Spell Counter on this card. Each time that a Spell Counter(s) are removed from the field, place 1 Spell Counter on this card. During each of your opponent’s Standby Phases, increase your Life Points by 200 x each Spell Counter on this card. Once per turn, you can remove any number of Spell Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your Graveyard with the same Level that the number of removed counters. The Summoned monster effect is negated.

Okay here's my card,if there's anything wrong with it or if it does not meet the conditions of the 3rd round just tell me and i will fix it.Okay here it is:

Lore:This card can only be activated while you control 3 or more Warrior-Type Monsters. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 Warrior-Type Monster to gain Life Points equal to half of that Monster's ATK. During your End Phase, discard 1 Warrior-Type Monster from your hand. If you cannot, destroy this card. During your End Phase, If you have 5 Warrior-Type Monsters on the field, you can Tribute all of them to Special Summon 1 Warrior-Type Monster from your hand, Deck or Graveyard whose Level is equal to or less than the combined Levels of the Tributed Monsters. When the Monster is Special Summoned Successfuly, gain Life Points equal to it's ATK Points. During your opponent's Standby Phase, gain Life Points equal to the number of Warrior-Type Monsters on your side of the field X300. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 Warrior-Type Monster with a 2000 or less ATK. If you do, you cannot Attack During your next turn.

Lore:

Increase the ATK and DEF of all Insect-Type and Plant-Type monsters on the field by 300. Once per turn, when you Normal Summon an Insect-Type or a Plant-Type monster, Special Summon 1 "Forest Dweller Token" (Insect-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 200/DEF 200). The Token cannot be used as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon or Set. During your opponent's Standby Phase, gains 200 Life Points for each "Forest Dweller Token" on the field. When a Plant-Type monster(s) is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon that monster from the Graveyard, its Level becomes 1 and its ATK and DEF becomes 0. During your Main Phase, you can destroy any number of "Forest Dweller Token" on the field to Special Summon 1 Insect-Type monster from your Deck or Graveyard whose Level is equal or lower than the number of "Forest Dweller Token" destroyed + 2. (Only this card's controller can use this effect.)

When this card is activated, place 10 Spell Counters on this card (max. 10). You can remove 1 Spell Counter from this card to increase the ATK of 1 monster that you control by the difference between your Life Points and your opponent's Life Points. Increase your Life Points by x300 during each of your opponent's Standby Phases. You can only have 1 "Overheated Rampage" in you Deck.

Lore:

You cannot active this card until the Field Spell "Mystical Land" in the graveyard. This card decrease the Level of each monster in your hand by 1. Increase the ATK and DEF of all "Mythical Beasts" on the field by 500. You gain 200 Life Points during your opponent's Standby Phase for every "Mythical Beasts" that is in your graveyard. If there is a Beast-type, Warrior-Beast-type, or a Warrior-type monster(s) in your opponent's graveyard, then you lose 100 Life Points every Standby Phase you have. Every Draw Phase you can 2 cards, but you have to pay 300 Life Points.

During your End Phase, add 1 Secret Counter on this card for each monsters with "Dark Magician" in its name or text. During your opponent's Standby Phase, gain 100 Life Points for each Secret Counter on this card. Remove 5 Secret Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 "Dark Magician" from your Deck. The original ATK of the monster Special Summoned by this effect becomes 3000. Destroy this card after this effect has been activated.

You can remove 4 Ocean Counters from this card to place 1 Ocean Counter on each card on the field. When this card is destroyed, you can draw 1 card from your Deck for each Ocean Counter on it. When this card is removed from play, destroy all cards on the field with Ocean Counters on them.
