Just like that one Fairy monster that inflicts 400 damage but only once per turn while it was named that way. So it with Heros Mask = 2 card FTK. But they altered the rulings, so... It was when they put Twin-Headed Behemoth@3, and said "regardless of how many copies you have, and regardless of how many dies it gets destroyed, you can only use 1 'Twin-Headed Behemoth''s effect, per duel." Oddly enough, this seems to have unintentionally made it easier to summon Formula Synchron, as it's a good LV1 Tuner that one will actually bother summoning.
