So this is kinda like a Soul Exchange for Synchro Summons except it's a Trap. Interesting. The thought of using your opponent's Stardust and your own Forumla Synchron to Summon Shooting Star Dragon on your opponent's turn to bypass the drawback of it on your turn sounds hilarious.

Well, except for Formula Synchron, you can't do anything on their turn, since the card doesn't let you perform a Synchro Summon. I like you can even use their Tuner or non-tuner (no specification is win), although a combo with Urgent Tuning sounds funny...

It seems interesting, but nothing great. I'll have to think about uses for this.
