Canadian Posted March 8, 2011 Report Share Posted March 8, 2011 Thats not the problem, unlike BWW, this allows you to get counters even upon Special Summons and rulings that were made only babied it along. Not only that, but you can use it an infinite number of times per turn. Make it once per turn and only when Normal Summoned than you have a much more balanced card, but OH NO NO, Konami just releases a slightly nerfed version of it.
