What's the advantage to that?

I mean, I guess because you could use DNA Surgery with 3 different Level 10 monsters, but otherwise, the 3 Gods are the only Divine Beasts in the game.

But why would you make a "You win the Duel" line an Ignition Effect? The way it currently is doesn't start a chain, so it cannot be negated by Veiler or anything before you're declared the winner.

was leading more to how it would of been better as a Extra deck card than a main deck card for getting rid of that main deck issue

Fusion would be more like the sacred beast fusion

XYZ depends on how its built

Of course it'd have been better as an Extra Deck card, but with stuff like Ehero Prisma and Phantom of Chaos, and the fact Slifer and Obelisk can be temporarily Special Summoned by any means, it's just better this way in terms of balancing. You actually have to draw the card to Summon it and declare your instant win.

Making it an Xyz serves no practical purpose. The "monster" appeared in the original series and making it a Synchro or Xyz would be a slap in the face to any fans of the original. It could have been a Fusion, but Neos Wiseman DEFINITELY should have been a Fusion, and wasn't, and since Horakthy was never actually a "card" in the show, they can kind of do whatever they want with it.

My bet: So it can't be searched by Sangan or similar, and can't use any other perks of monsters that utilize a set range of ATK/DEF points.

Horakhty was featured in both the manga and anime as the "ultimate boss" Summoned by Atem and Yugi to kill Zork Necrophades.
For manga, look at the last two volumes of [b]Yugioh Millenium World[/b]
For anime, it is the fifth season of Yugioh DM.

Can't link you to the manga because apparently, it's lisenced.
As for the anime appearance, minute 14:00 of this episode:

Why would that be bad?
Slifer and Ra have ????ATK as well, and Obelisk has 4000.
As it is, you have to draw into each of the 3 requirements via sheer luck.
And then try and Summon them all at once >__>

Because, of them, only Ra can't be SSed by other means (major nerf). And Phantom of Chaos can copy Ra's name, so all you'd need is some sort of card or combo to SS the other 2 and then Tribute all 3 for the instant win.

Giving this an ATK of 0 would make it searchable by Sangan (not to mention, be really weird if you think about it, considering it was so powerful it obliterated Zorc in moments), and they've never used "Infinite". But they emulated the concept with an instant win.

It's probably ? not only so it's not searchable, but because there's no point in giving it a Set ATK score, because you WIN THE DUEL if you summon it

I'm actually not sure. We have never had a Win Condition that was so simple, yet could theoretically stil be negated. Cards in the hand cannot be negated, so Exodia's win condition is unstoppable, coupled with the fact it doesn't "activate", and all alternate win conditions are similar. Destiny Board can be stopped if you negate it before it puts the 5th card out, Final Countdown is unstoppable aside from winning or forcing a draw yourself.

All win conditions in monster form rely on their effects to win (Vennominaga needs to inflict damage 3 times and get 3 counters, Exodius needs to send 5 Forbidden One cards with its effect). Of those, Vennominaga is immune to everything if it's out before Skill Drain is, and Exodius can't declare the win condition if its effect was negated before sending the 5th card.

As far as I can tell, if you Summon this, you win. No chain, just victory. But if Skill Drain's already out...I'm not sure how it plays out with the idea that win conditions cannot be negated. Is this an Effect or an unnegateable condition?

Oh, and you use this instead of all 3 Gods because you SSed 2 of them at once and used Phantom of Chaos for Ra. And it's epic to win with this.

Also you realize that we only know the name of Cosmic Blazar Dragon, and we only heard it one time and never again? That being said, a 3rd Delta Accel Synchro would be nice if they made it a walking tank like Quasar.
