Teen Titans: Heroes of the North OoC [CLOSED]

Recommended Posts

Indeed, it has been a long time. Here, I present Ironheart.
USER NAME: Otaku-sama

NAME: Mordecai Richter, known as Ironheart

AGE: 17

GENDER: Male

APPEARANCE:

- HEIGHT: Originally 5’ 4”, now 6’ 6”

- WEIGHT: Originally 120 lbs, now approximately 800 lbs.

- FIGURE: Originally petit, now muscular (for the lack of an appropriate term)

- HAIR COLOR: Blonde

- HAIR STYLE: Irrelevant

- EYE COLOR: Originally blue, now glow yellow

- COMPLEXION: Caucasian

- CLOTHING: No visible skin or original human body. His body is completely encapsulated from the outside by what looks like a massive suit of armor. This is a misnomer, as it is a metallic symbiotic lifeform that is mostly integrated with Richter’s body within, thus making it inseparable from him without the complete destruction of both. The armor shape is covered with spikes while in combat, with three horns coming from the helmet and jagged protrusions from the pauldrons, greaves and gauntlets. These spikes are retracted at all other times. The surface of the armor takes an organic texture, resembling tree bark. Any damage sustained during combat are filled in to the original shape within 24 hours.

DIVISION / POSITION: New Member/Teen Titans North

POWERS / ABILITIES: The symbiote is the main source of Mordecai’s power, giving him strength and resilience that far surpasses a human. Perfectly in sync with Mordecai, it is as if Mordecai and the symbiote were one. Many of Mordecai’s abilities require that a small portion of symbiote be sacrificed to make itself a projectile or weapon. These detached parts are not recoverable and fade from existence after a short time. However, the more Mordecai loses his symbiote, the more resilient the remaining symbiote becomes. However, overuse of his abilities will cause Mordecai to become successively physically weaker and heavy, making him weaker the longer a battle drags on. In combat, Mordecai fights with his fists, taking advantage of his huge size and overwhelming strength, or can create a weapon out of symbiote, usually polearms that give Mordecai some ranged abilities. When the enemy is at range, Mordecai can use some symbiote to create metal projectiles of various shapes, usually as straight darts or larger shards that orbit himself or an ally. The symbiote is ferromagnetic, thus making Mordecai capable of being disabled by very strong electromagnets if they are able to contain a metal monster.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT: Carries none with him, most of his weaponry is formed as needed, although a large two-handed mace is one of his preferred weapons.

PERSONALITY: Due to the interaction between Mordecai and the symbiote, Mordecai can appear to have two different personalities. When not under stress, Mordecai is very calm and reasonable person. Due to having his childhood cut short, he tries to indulge himself in juvenile hobbies, like watching Saturday morning cartoons. However, the symbiote side is not nearly as pleasant. This alter ego comes to the surface during times of stress, such as combat. The symbiote has an agenda to cause as much chaos and destruction as possible. Despite Mordecai’s best efforts to contain it, he tends to succumb to bloodlust and cause collateral damage. To train his mind, he keeps to a rigorous meditation ritual modelled after the meditation ritual of one of the great Teen Titans, Raven. However, at the back of his mind, the doubt that he may not be able to control the symbiote lingers. From this, he idolizes Raven for her similar struggle with her demonic past and strives to be like her.

BIOGRAPHY: Heralding from Hamburg, Mordecai’s birth was a troubled one. Born prematurely, Mordecai survived, but as a result had stunted growth, making him much smaller than he would normally be. The school children were not nearly as merciful as his parents, bullying him relentlessly and even sending him to the hospital at one point. This gave Mordecai deep-seated hate of his fellow classmates.
One fateful summer night, 11 year old Mordecai was watching the Perseides meteor shower when one of the falling stars managed to penetrate the atmosphere and land only a few miles away from where Mordecai was. Going to investigate, Mordecai came into contact with a metal life form that was encased within the meteorite. In a blink of an eye, a metallic tentacle penetrated Mordecai’s chest and took residence in his heart. Almost instantly, Mordecai became stronger and healthier as the symbiote strengthened his body. However, the symbiote also began its bid to control Mordecai’s mind. As the years passed, Mordecai’s body became stronger and the symbiote started forming a metallic plate over his chest. The symbiote also gained more and more control until one day when the bullies, now gangsters, tried to rob and beat him up. Right as the gangsters were about to attack him, the symbiote took full control, killing all of the gangsters. The symbiote maintained control, causing Mordecai to ravage the German countryside, causing havoc to all he met. During this rampage, Mordecai’s body was slowly consumed by the symbiote until it consumed it completely, making him a metal monster. However, after almost a year, the resident Teen Titans managed to find and capture Mordecai. Despite being able to destroy him outright, Teen Titans HQ realized that there was a person within the monstrosity and ordered that Mordecai be brought to HQ for containment.
It took a long time for Mordecai to break free from the symbiote, but with help from the best psychologists of the Justice League, he managed to gain full control of the symbiote and its potent powers. Since there was no way for him to integrate with society, HQ took the risky decision to place him in the fledgling North Division of the Teen Titans.
USER NAME: KCNameless

NAME: Leon Damien Clement/[Enter Badass Superhero name here](Will do at another time, but I doubt it's necessary)

AGE: 18

GENDER: Male

APPEARANCE:

- HEIGHT: 6" - 182cm

- WEIGHT: 149 lb - 67.5 Kg

- FIGURE: Slim/Lanky.

- HAIR COLOR: Medium - Dark Brown, depending on the amount recent exposure to sunlight.

- HAIR STYLE: Shoulder length, straight-scruffy, long side bangs and middle bang, on the left side of the nose.

- EYE COLOR: Forest Green with large bags.

- COMPLEXION: Pale-British, European-Caucasian.

- CLOTHING: Leon is often found wearing one of the many casual, Band-shirts that he owns, along with a pair of light denim jeans fixed with a black, leather belt that is usually covered by the shirt. He often wears a pair of Black and white converse with these, and may occasionally wear a plain black hooded Jacket over the top when going out. Along the edge of the pockets of this jacket there are multiple badges displaying different bands and artists.
While out on official business/important stuff, Leon will wear a plain white shirt with a - often loose - neck tie, of varying colours. Over the top of this shirt he will wear a long, thin, black leather trenchcoat which stops mid shin. At the collar of this trench coat is a microphone, which acts as a voice controlled phone, allowing him to contact anyone he knows.
He wears the same jeans and belt when in this outfit, though his shoes are more combat friendly trainers, able to take lots of damage.
If on a mission, he will also wear a long, katana with a bone white blade over his back. This Katana is symbolic of his mild Japanese ancestry, and his minor obsession with the Japanese culture, which also shows itself in some of his other clothing, and a few Japanese Kanji symbols tattooed across his body, most notable a symbol on each shoulder saying 'Bone', which seem to glow when his power is used, and a symbol on the palm of each had, translating to 'Emerge', from which most of his bones seem to erupt. Whether this is due to ease, coincidence or channeling of the power, only Leon knows.
To show his position in the Teen Titans, he occasionally wears a bandana on his arm with Teen Titans written in bright red letters, and always wears a medium sized medallion around his neck, depicting the 'TT' of Teen Titans.

DIVISION / POSITION: Teen Titans North / New Member

POWERS / ABILITIES: Leon has control over the power of Osteokinesis. This means that he has the ability to manipulate his own bone structure to a certain extent(And possibly the bone structure of other things in the future).
He can manipulate his own structure as far as his body will allow. This means that he can lighten the density of his own bones so as to lighten his entire body, granting him more agility and speed - although his attack strength in this form is much weaker - and vice-versa, making his bones more dense in order to give himself a stronger attack, provided the attack is from the above or diagonally above. This also allows him to control the speed of a fall to a minor extent. This control is limited by his body's capabilities, so he can only decrease the density to the point where the body would collapse upon itself, and increase until the point where the bone structure would be too heavy for the body to support.
He can also manipulate the hardness of the bones, allowing him to withstand impacts that would otherwise shatter bones, though this does not make him immune.
His manipulation of his bones also allows him to mentally control his movements, allowing him to move when he would otherwise be crippled, though this weakens him drastically and he is unable to fight effectively like this.

His manipulation of bones allows him to shape and move the bones aswell, allowing him to use his bones as weapons and project them out of his body. This is painful to him, but is effective as a weapon choice as the weapon is literally an extension of his own body. He is not limited by the shape of these protrusions, though once they are not touching his internal skeleton, he cannot adjust their density, and they are limited by size(Though this can increase as he trains more).
He can shoot his bones as projectiles, but is currently limited to 10 bone darts before his body must regenerate the lost bones. These are as damaging as extremely high-calibre bullets, but Leon's poor aim and their high recoil makes them almost useless at far range, and are much more effective as shotgun-like rounds, and are often used to destroy surrounding objects, or as a distraction.

To complement his power he also has a minor healing ability, which allows him to heal the wounds from his power almost instantly, along side other minor wounds. More serious wounds still take time, but heal almost twice as fast.

He is a close-arms specialist, being proficient in multiple forms of martial arts and close-ranged weaponry, such as most types of sword, the Kama/Kusarigama, multiple poled weapons(Spears, Naginata, etc) and Axes, though he prefers the use of swords and Katana.

(In the future, he may gain the ability to telekinetically control and manipulate non-living bones within the surrounding area, though he will not be able to change their density, due to the lack of cells being created)

STANDARD EQUIPMENT: A long Katana(roughly 5 Shaku blade), with a bone-white blade. It has a personalized hilt, which serves as storage for a variety of small weaponry, such as knives, kama and chains.
He also owns a collection of multiple other types of weapon, but will rarely use any but his Katana, the small weaponry inside said Katana, and occasionally a Spear. Although he mostly uses the Katana, he often uses the bones inside his body to create weapons, and is much better at weilding those.

PERSONALITY: Leon has a very punk/mosher attitude. He is a rebellious person who is much against the current restrictions against society, and will frequently strive to disobey at least some rules, though he rarely goes too far and commits any serious crimes. He has a personal hatred towards authority, and fully believes in equality, and will go out of his way to make sure that people are treated equally and fairly.
However, despite his hatred of it, he does see the uses in law and order, as well as having some authority. He is merely against the current level of authority and restriction in what he is able to do and not.

Although rebellious, he is also quite relaxed and calm, with his rebellion usually coming out through the refusal to do things, rather than riots and the like. He is commonly found sleeping on the roofs of various buildings, a book or something similar in one hand, and alcohol in the other, probably with earphones blasting out some music. His lax personality can often get him into trouble, and he is often critiscised by the other members of the squad.

He wasn't initially going to be accepted into the Justice force, due to his non-chalant personality holding him back a lot. He was viewed with disdain by many of the more senior members, and any examinations he had to do, whether physical or theory, he would often fail - not from lack of skill, but lack of effort.

He does have a sense of justice though, and despises the Idea of innocent people being injured or hurt in anyway. He will go to any length to defend an innocent person, and when in a fight that concerns someones life, a rare moment when he becomes focussed and serious will occur.

Though insanely patriotic towards his native country - England - and his heritage from it, he has an obsession towards Japan and the Japanese culture, speaking fluent Japanese alongside English and taking many cultural points from them. He is also incredibly proud of his minor connection to the Japanese, having his great-great-great grandparents as immigrants from Japan.
He is also a musical fan, mostly towards the Rock, Metal, Punk end, and is almost never seen without headphones on, which are commonly playing music quite loud (Up to 11! \m/). He has attempted to learn many instruments, but is quite irritated by the fact he has only ever managed to learn very little on Guitar, and nothing else.

BIOGRAPHY: Leon hasn't had a particularly extra-ordinary early life, nor has he any extremely noticable early childhood memories or happenings. He was raised in a small village-like area miles outside any main cities - close enough to drive, but far enough to escape the noise and pollution. He attended a perfectly ordinary, nice public school, where although he excelled, he was not exactly considered extremely above average. He was quite effective at most subjects, though he progressed most at Maths, Science, and PE.
He wasn't immensely popular, and although he did have a few friends, most others were scared away due to the combination of rather pale skin, naturally dark hair and large bags, which gave him a spooky sort of feel.
His parents were a happy couple, and although unmarried, they were content with their lives. It was a rather nice life for him.
As he entered high school, he became much more noticable in his specialised subjects, though his grades began to drop in the others. He had become much of a procrastinator as he entered his teenage years, and had started to adopt the Punk/Mosher garments and culture. This drove away some people, but drew in others. His parents, although not openly against it, were slightly worried by this, and didn't like the fact he was drifting away from the law and order of society, and was failing in most of his school work.

This hit its peak when he turned 16, and failed the majority of his GCSEs, ignoring them in favour of hanging out on the streets, smoking and drinking with his friends. He became, for the large part, an arse, and spent a large amount of his time vandalising things and ruining other's lives. He was occasionally caught by the police, although he managed to talk/fight his way out of it, although he never noticed the small increases of strength and speed he got at times like this.
He eventually, before he turned 17, turned to drugs. And this led to a slow downward spiral. He was losing money fast, and owed a lot to Loan sharks, and was eventually kicked out by his parents, albeit reluctantly.

He spent half a year struggling on the streets, turning to crime to get enough money to survive, and fuel his new found drug addiction. He was almost ready to give up when he heard devastating news, news that fueled his resolve, and drove him away from crime, drugs and the possibility of Villian status.
His parents had been murdered. And it was his fault.
His constant loans, that were unable to be paid, were collected in blood. And in one of that particular loan shark's sadistic moments, he decided to kill his family first. Which was, in all honesty, a mistake.
Leon, now made aware of his filthy ways, started to hate himself. But more important, he hated others. Criminals. And was angry. Gaining new strength, he found and approached the Loan shark. And killed him. He could never remember exactly what happened - remember nothing but flashes of red and white - but when he came too, he was in pain, surrounded by bodies, with bones sticking out of his body.

He ran, as you would, and ran for ages. Managing to gain a modicum of control over the power, he came to the city in the hopes of finding the Justice League he had heard much about, relying on them to be able to control this power. He was taken in by them, and trained to be able to cancel the power more effectively, before being given the option to join. He did so, and although he passed quite loosely, he was accepted into the league.

After a years worth of training, he is able to control his power much more effectively, and has developed a much larger sense of Justice. He also harbours an intense anger and passion for vengeance, but is effective at hiding this under a layer of laziness and a non-chalant attitude.

Well, that should be it completed. I doubt it'll be accepted, but here's for trying.
I'll be quite active from now, by the way. Though time-zones could end up being a minor problem if I am accepted.

EDIT

This is going to be my last shot if it must be in at midnight. I've gotta go now, so I'll check in tomorrow.
If I am accepted (Though my Pessimism has convinced me otherwise), I just wanna say school may get in the way aswell. Exam season here in England, which could end up being a pain.

USER NAME: galesonic

NAME: Jean-Pierre Leroux

AGE: 16

GENDER: Male

APPEARANCE:

- HEIGHT: 5` 7''

- WEIGHT: 140 lbs.

- FIGURE: Skinny

- HAIR COLOR: Red

- HAIR STYLE: Well groomed, but sort of ruffled due to wearing a hat.

- EYE COLOR: Sapphire blue

- COMPLEXION: Fair, but starting to tan

- CLOTHING: Outside of battle, Jean-Pierre wears a simple red t-shirt , ripped black jeans with a tool belt around his waist, black sneakers and a white baseball cap to cover his hair as well as square framed glasses. During battle, he wears a red bodysuit with large wrist cuffs to hide the Marionette. He also wears a jester-like hat on his head and has a sack-like bag to carry his puppet. He ops not to wear glasses during battle.

DIVISION / POSITION: Teen Titans North / New Member

POWERS / ABILITIES: Jean-Pierre, rather than having superpowers, fights with weapons. More notably, puppets. Rather than using the common puppet strings, they are powered by an electric cord, and are moved with his hand which has a special to control the puppets, much like actual strings, known as the Marionette. Spending years of using puppets, his fluidity transfers to using traditional strings. The setbacks for this type of puppetry are that the time in the core is rather limited to around two to three hours due to its baseness. The other problem being the range of the connection. The maximum required is around 30 feet if he could set up a good enough links to the puppet. It also leaves Jean-Pierre open to attacks if he's pre-occupied with using his puppet, which usually would make need to have a partner of some operations. Other than the puppetry, Jean-Pierre has decent fighting skills, enough to hold his own for a bit in battle, but not enough to surely knock someone out.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT: Jean-Pierre when going to battle has two puppets to fight with, but usually only brings one as they are life-sized and usually tough to carry.

Chevalier: Jean-Pierre’s initial puppets. Like its name, Chevalier is a puppet that has wood work to look exactly like a medieval knight. It has a longer core charge than most of his puppets at three hours exact. His weight however, makes him slower and needs precise timing for him to work properly. The only weapon this puppet carries is a long sword and a knight’s shield.

Geisha: This puppet is rather different. It is made to look like a human female to be used in stealth based missions. It can throw off guards with its ability to blend into the group. The only major problem with this puppet is that the range he needs to control Geisha is very bad, being a maximum of 15 feet. Though this puppet in combat is quick, its moves are someone obvious to a skillful fighter. The only weapon this puppet has is a pair of fans with small hidden blades at the end.

PERSONALITY: Jean-Pierre is a rather loud and outspoken person. He puts high regard into his artworks, his puppets. Always calling his use of the puppets a ‘performance’ he treats fights like it’s a show in the circus. However, when he is in battle, he is never the first one in the team to spring into battle. He takes pride in his work, spending countless hours crafting either new puppets or repairing his old.

BIOGRAPHY: Jean-Pierre was not an ordinary boy. He was born to a puppeteer family. His father crafts beautiful puppets that were used for performances, particularly with ventriloquism while her mother taught Jean-Pierre the art of puppeteering when he became five. At his seventh birthday, he received his first puppet, which was a dummy almost as tall as his father (who was close to six feet) dressed like a knight whom he properly named Chevalier. Over a span of a year, he mastered his puppet’s movements and learned how to use the mouth’s movement.
One day, when he returned from school, his parents were out of the house, which was very odd since his father stays home to build puppets. Looking around, he saw Chevalier remodeled, being bigger than what he was as well as a girl puppet dressed in an elegant red kimono and two fans. On the kimono clad puppet was a letter. It read:
“Dear Monsieur Jean-Pierre.
We regret to give you this letter at a very bad time. Do not worry about your mother and father. They are safe with us. They knew full well that we would ask them to come with us. We are an organization specializing is puppetry-type weapons. We are one of the few selected to receive our best creation yet: the Marionette. Instead of using traditional strings, you can make your puppet move without this setback. But this comes at a price however. You must use the Marionette wisely, or you shall forever lose it and your talents. The choice is yours and we will help you. Within reason, of course
The Grand Design
P.S: We gave you a small gift to welcome you. I hope you like Chevalier’s new design and your new friend Geisha.”
With these thoughts, Jean-Pierre’s focus went to learning how to use the Marionette. With all this time, he couldn’t get any more to provide for himself. He worked as a “travelling performer” to gain money for food and living by age 13. About a year into that job, he wasn’t getting any money in. He decided to take a step forward and follow The Grand Design’s letter. He decided to be a vigilante to help provide for him, catching small time criminals and bail jumpers no one really cares about. The work was incredibly tough since other heroes took all the work, but it helped at little bit. However, he couldn’t get much in revenue; he still managed to provide for himself. It was then, a few months after his 16[sup]th[/sup] birthday, he decided to step it up even more: he decided to attempt to join the Teen Titans North.

Alright, everyone. After much deliberation and review, I have finally made my choice and selected the last participant for our RP... Congratulations to -Protagonist-, you're in! Please stay posted for further details and instructions, as we'll probably be starting off the RP sometime tomorrow, in the early to mid-afternoon.

For those of you who applied but were not accepted, please don't take this the wrong way. Most of your applications were really quite good; however, I ultimately made my choices based upon originality, writing quality, and the cohesiveness and balance of your characters. If you didn't get accepted, don't despair! There is a possibility that we may begin accepting characters at a later date, it all depends upon whether or not I can find another GM to help me manage extra work. Once again, thanks for your time and interest! As of now, we are no longer accepting character applications.

But no-one is currently familiar in the manner in which the RP works. So if you gain a co-GM now, it could be anyone, and it wouldn't manner.
Though I am disappointed in the non-acception. I put a hell of a lot of effort in that, spent a while planning it.
Ah well. Please PM me if you decide to re-accept me/accept me at a later date/accept me as a Villain. I would've prefered being in it from the beginning, but I would love to join, even at a later time, for it seems very original and interesting. Seriously, notify me when/if I can join. I'll be here almost instantly.
USER NAME: Dyspro

NAME: Gryphon Targus (Gryph)

AGE: 17

GENDER: Male

APPEARANCE:

- HEIGHT: 6'4

- WEIGHT: 176

- FIGURE: Athletic

- HAIR COLOR: Silver (his power explains his hair color)

- HAIR STYLE: Medium length hair combed back.

- EYE COLOR: Purple

- CLOTHING: Gryphon wears grey pants, a black and gold shirt, army boots, aviators, a gold watch, and wears a necklace that has the emblem of his dog on it. He will sometimes wear a White and Gold jacket.

DIVISION / POSITION: Teen Titans North / New Member

POWERS / ABILITIES: Gryphon has the power of Electrical transportation which is Ability to travel through electrical conduits (such as power lines or telephone lines). Can enter through devices such as televisions, electrical poles or computers. This allows him to reach a place quicker then it normally would walking or driving. When he uses this power he can stay in the electrical current of the item for a limited amount of time before it starts to do damage to his body. He can also can attract small objects that are magnetic. He gained this ability after an accident involving the element Dysprosium. This is only related to his hands, and he can't just grab something that is rather large. The biggest item he can magnetically pull to himself is a metal door. He has this power under control to the point where he doesn't walk into a room and gets hit with every fork, knife, tray, chair, etc.. The bigger the object the more energy Gryphon uses which if enough is used causes blackouts.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT: Gryphon keeps a dagger in the tip of his boot to deal a killing blow to a criminal if needed. He keeps a pair of brass knuckles in his back pocket in case a fist fight breaks out. He has a switchblade hidden inside his jacket sleeve if he should get jumped.

PERSONALITY: Gryphon made his choice to become a teen titans because he wants to be remembered for something good in life. He wants a legacy that people can be proud of. He is a man who shows only two emotions in public anger and humor. When he is by himself he lets his other emotions out into a journal that he keeps just for that purpose. He is a very friendly person and can get along with most people. He has a vast range of interest which allows him to strike up a conversation with almost anyone. Gryphon is very respectful to authorities and ladies.

BIOGRAPHY: Gryphon Targus was born to Janice and Howard Targus. Janice was a professor at a local university, Howard is a Captain in the army. He is the first and only child of the couple. Gryphon grew up with influences from both parents. His mother taught him respect, creativity, and knowledge. His father taught him physical combat, skill with weapons, following orders, and strategy. When Gryphon turned 12 is when he noticed he could transport throughout his home just by touching the phone or electrical outlet. When he started to get in trouble with friends this helped him avoid his parents.
Gryphon got involved with some friends who were drug addicts. They always kept getting him in trouble even though he did no drugs himself. His father finally got tired of watching his son hang out with the bad crowd and shipped him off to military school. At school Gryphon excelled in all of his classes. He graduated 2 years earlier then planned.
When Gryphon graduated he called his father to inform him that he did not plan on returning home soon. He was going to try and make a name for himself in the world. Gryph couldn't bring it upon himself to inform his father that he did not want to join the military. So he started to do good deeds for random people on the street. He took no money just some rations of food to keep him alive. He was homeless for 7 months when he got into an accident. A van carrying Dysprosium was knocked over after a car accident. Gryphon helped get the people out of the car, but he slipped and his hands fell into a liquid form of the element. His hands were covered in it. The Dysprosium was burning as the medics tried to help him.
After two weeks in the hospital recovering from his wounds Gryphon was released. It took him a few hours to realize his hands were magnetically attracted to objects around him. So thanks to a freak accident and a birth defect Gryphon was giving a helpful power. He spent the next 3 months working on controlling his magnetic powers. When Gryphon heard about the Teen Titans group being formed in Aurora City he decided this was the way to make a name for himself.

Thanks for the interest, guys, I will keep that in mind.

As for the participants, how are you all feeling? Does anyone have any questions? This is the time for your characters to interact and reveal a bit of their personalities, as we'll be going into action very, very soon.

And a random question, are you guys fond of Evergreen? I personally think she's hilarious.

From what I see, Evergreen is kinda like a teacher in her 20s, trying to maintain authority while trying not to act too old. That character archetype appears a lot in school life anime, quite a bit of potential for character growth. Of course, I'm not a participant, but at the risk of looking like a tryhard, I will continue to follow this in the IC.

I like Evergreen, I find the way that she tries to go by the book and then just is like 'screw it' and just lays things out how they are. I want to know what her power is exactly. I found it ironic that her name is Evergreen yet she turned a fly to stone...

Also, I suspect that the Titan Communicators are waterproof, yes?

Otaku: Yes, that's right! She likes to believe that she can command the authority of her subordinates, but in the end, she's doing things just as half-assedly as they are. She has a certain sense of charisma though, and she's quite capable, which tend to be the reasons why people actually respect her. I definitely wanted to create a character who likes to act shifty and sassy, but is true as steel when difficult situations arise. We will definitely be seeing Evergreen again.

Regenade: Yes, it's an interesting little disparity, isn't it..? I don't want to go into too much detail here, but Evergreen's powers are actually pretty cool. You'll see more of them in the future. And yes, the Titan Communicators are resistant to flame, electricity, and water (I'm assuming you want to go surfing? In that case, it's fine.) That doesn't mean that they're invulnerable, though.

Otaku: Yes, that's right! She likes to believe that she can command the authority of her subordinates, but in the end, she's doing things just as half-assedly as they are. I don't think there are many waves up North, but swimming is definitely a possibility. Now you have only made more anxious to know, its okay though, a little suspense is good.

I don't think you should, because even if you post the first mission or not we would still have to wait for you to come back once everyone posts. I would say just let us do some character interactions or whatever. Either that or just wait for you to return (since your character won't be included in that character interactions wth you gone).
