Thomas★Zero
a sort of graceful charity for water monsters which in some case's could be decent since it's a +0 card that switch's 2 of your water monsters for 3 new cards from the deck. ~British Soul~
Thanks kingdom Neos, I had trouble of understanding the effect of this card and clearly needed someone to explain it to me!
You deserve a +1 for that. OT: It's a +0 with the ability to get a better hand, without being restricted to not being able to Special Summon, but the problem with this card is that you could get a worse hand. Darj
I don't think this card is good: Clearly it helps to fix bad hands in WATER Decks, but in my opinion good Decks [s]don't and shouldn't have[/s] minimize bad hands; if you run this because your often draw into bad hands, you might be doing something wrong. -Berserker-
I ran it at 3 in Quasar Exodia. I still run one in my current deck.
Aerion Brightflame
The whole purpose of this thing is to boost consitency. Doesn't hugely matter hwo a deck gets it, so long as it can have some, and its is fairly balanced. Would you say Duality shouldn't be used becuase you are often inconsitent anyway? Wow mini rant there. Odd. OT: Its consitency that a lot of decks love, Mermails, Frogs. I can't think of any more. It even requires slightly thought to its useage which is a plus. Sleepy
I think the card does it's job well enough, being a +0 hand refresher, which I think is the only card in the game that does it like that without a combo. For too insignificant it might be, the -1 to the Deck is welcomed. The way it can manage to be useful like that, but still not be an absolute staple everywhere in general, or even in it's intened targets, has me amused. Photon Veil should have been a +0, too. newhat
Thinning your Deck is nice, but this card is not always usable and you tend to end up with hands containing fewer monsters. Which is fine if you don't want dead draws, but in Mermanteans and Ice Barriers you generally want the most monsters possible for your other combos. In Big Fish, go for it. ihop
Drawing 3 cards is always amazing, it doesn't really matter what the cost is and in this case the cost is pretty small.
