Agro
It's fallen from grace. Because other cards are better. And Konami keeps pushing it.

Toffee.
I was tempted to steal this topic from you Black, BUT.... Wares the fun in that?About the only thing worthy of this card is that it's LIGHT.HURRRR CHAOS FODDER....But really, its still playable.
Brendano Harns
Chaos fodder is a beautiful thing, especially if Chaos Sorcerer comes back to 2 as predicted. Utopia was originally a Duel Terminal card? Huh. Never knew that. The card is a good side/strategy/what you will against Skill Drain/Malefic decks, so long as you have the means to whip that sucker out onto the field, and you can protect it from other card effects. ~British Soul~
Utopia was originally a Duel Terminal card? Huh. Never knew that. That's because it wasn't. Utopia was originally from a Starter Deck. It's just that the DT Utopia image is currently on Utopia's wikia page.
Judαs
lol useless card kthx But seriously, why even use this card outside a utopia support deck
Azuh
If it didn't have its stupid "Destroy If no materials" effect, it would be so much better. Even then, I wished they would've worded it so that it doesn't cause a replay :/
Thomas★Zero
Here's a little fact for you guys that I recall seeing from a yugioh kazuki Takashi sketch book that Utopia was originally was going to be Number 3 and Utopia ray was different number from Utopia as number 39...OT: I still find it useful myself just as a little bit of both a offensive and defensive card. evilfusion
People think Utopia is useless? Seriously? I still consider it a staple Rank 4 except in Decks that focus on specific Rank 4s. 2500 ATK is good, and it offers a little protection from stronger monsters with the effect. The downside is annoying, but not so crippling as to consider the card outclassed. I guess it depends on the Deck and Extra Deck space.

Althemia
lol useless card kthx But seriously, why even use this card outside a utopia support deckcan you please just go awayThe card isn't as good any more, but it's still got use to it. Not being able to be pushed over easily with the ability to stop your opponent from messing with set-up is still pretty damn decent, but again not as good as it used to be. :(

newhat
I once played someone who played this and then Normal Summoned Pachy. That game was very short. Balanced and well-designed.
-Berserker-
I use one if I use several rank4. If I use just a couple, then Maestroke is first option.
Cute Rotten Yoshika
managed to play an opponent who brought two of these out in one turn but couldnt get over machina fortress. then i brought out giant killer and felt cool as hell. its okay but certainly not my first choice when im bringing out a rank 4. more situational than something like blackship or papill.
