EDIT: i suppose the best way to go for it is gear gigant since thats actually a generic machine searcher. since gigant requires some prior setup, that means cranecrane is likely not to be the super cool sangan/tgu for machines. but probably a neat little guy overall. If it didn't summon copies of itself then it probably summons anything, but it may become Machine-Types only excluding itself, and stuff like that.
