I like it.   Its one of those cards that will get better when more LIGHT Beast-Warrior monsters start getting released.   Maybe even a possible archetype?
LIGHT Beast-Warrior control? Sounds fun.

Tenki Target... Protects Kaus...

Only issue I have with it is that anyone whose trying to disrupt your plays with a Veiler/Chain will still succeed because they wont use it until the second activation of Kaus, in which case banishing with this will make Kaus go through, anyways, so it's not as useful as it sounds in most situations.

And it doesn't help against Mirror Force/Bottomless/D-Prison/Torrential, so it only helps in situations where you wouldn't particularly need it any more than anything else. Its not bad, but unless I'm missing something, doesn't seem worth it.

Monster Destruction seems like the real reason to use it, but banishing Omega seems eh and banishing Kaus would be almost purely play insurance, so most mincer destruction means nothing.

It should work on D-Prison though. Other than that, yeah....

On the bright side, you can technically save your Trigger effect that's being Veilered, right?

Chain 1 your activating effect > Chain 2 your opponent's Veiler > Chain 3 this guy. Reverse order resolution and your monster is not on the field to be negated, but since it wouldn't need to stay face-up for a non-continuous effect, it should still happen.

... or your opponent will start using Veiler before the attempted activation so that there is nothing to resolve at the end of the road.

That is in theory only since I haven't actually checked what the currently possible targets do.
