just think of their thorn-related powers stemming from the Black Rose Dragons they have. 

 

also, I might make a new character. A teacher. A drunk, smoking, Tetris-playing, perverted teacher at that. 

 

So.. You used Black Garden to get rid of Zombie World?

Didn't exactly make a duel between NPCs this time around, however did decide to help out with most of the Blackwings anyway XD

Appearance: Katsumi is rather short for a boy, only standing at 5' 8", and with him harboring an extra X chromosome, many people mistake him for a girl regardless of what he wears. Personality: As just a simple transfer student in Fudo Academy, Katsumi has no idea why he's all of a sudden caught in the crossfire of Tatsunagi Academy's assault. And as far as he's concerned, he wants nothing to do with it; all he wants to do is just get on with a normal school life. This of course means that as a Fudo Academy student, it's up to Katsumi to stop the assault in any way he can... assuming of course that he can at all. Normally, Katsumi is a shy, rather timid individual, but he knows when to put his foot down, and that's usually when violence or bullying occurs, which he'll do everything in his power to stop. However, he really hates it when someone decides to turn around and play mind games with him, especially when they have anything to do with his transsexuality. One last thing to note about Katsumi is that he and Cordelia have a little history together, although Katsumi doubts that the reunion between the two is gonna go well...

Deck: Frog & Junk Deck
Deck Description: Katsumi's deck is overall less focused than most Frog Decks, but it tends to use all the Junk Synchro monsters, and rarely has much more difficulty going into Rank 5's than it does with Rank 2's. Of course, that's assuming Katsumi plays it right, but he has a tendency to stuff up plays.

Now that Katsumi's finally finished, I'll go ahead and make a post with Cordelia.

Is she/he supposed to transfer to Tatsunagi Academy? I mean she/he's accepted but I don't really see the need to add her/him to the character roster...I guess I could add her/him to the NPC roster. Long story short what's your intention with this person.

I think the effects of Zombie World is still active. I mean, Bailas said we can play field spells but doesn't override Zombie World. Plus, Harumi isn't in control of Zombie World. 

Zombie World isn't gone but now everyone who plays a monster has to include having their power cut in half and summoning Rose token things to oppose them. 

 

Are the Numbers 43 and 65 (and maybe even 96) still available? And what about their Chaos Forms?

If they were, I'd make a second character with a Rank 2 Rank-Up Deck, if thats okay.

Yes all three of those are available. Also when you take something their Chaos Forms are also available to you. But you still have to have cards that rank them up.

Personality: On the outside, Noir is a very calm person, keeping his feelings hidden and remeaning in the background. But in the inside, Noir has a very sadistic personality, enjoying to cause pain to his opponents, however, he keeps this feelings to himself and shows them only in a few, uncontrolled moments. He also shows tedencys to masochism, as he sometimes enjoys taking damage and increases his Life Points during duels in order to take more. On a lighter note, Noir has a nasty habit of forgetting important dates and meetings, for example, when he overslept the whole assault on Kansai Academy. If he does that, he is usually unaware of it, or at least tries to act unaware. While dueling, he also sometimes makes food and dinner references, corresponding to his Malicevorous Deck.
