~British Soul~
Unknown Attribute/Unknown-type/Xyz/Effect ? Level 10 monstersCannot be destroyed by battle except with a "Number" monster. Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 "Number" Xyz Monster from your Graveyard. Its effects are negated. If this card would leave your side of the field because a card effect: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate that effect, also destroy all other monsters on the field, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the combined ATK of the destroyed monsters on the field. 4000/??? We don't know how many materials it needs, although I think it'll receive a nerf when it comes out, discuss?
Maeriberii Haan
So, not even Utopia can resist the temptation of being a Dragon. The protection effect is standard anime bullshit finally applied right, to a devastating effect.
Sleepy
So this is the Quasar of the generation, not Beyond. It's interesting how they managed to make 3 more Utopia upgrades in such a short amount of time, while almost doubling RUM cards. It has BS amounts of power. Then again, it's power Level once nerfed into IRL won't be much different from C69
Suibon
Wait, this one's gonna come out? Soon? For real? Really? Holy flipping shit. Hope addiction and Dragon fetish aside, though -- I'm not seeing the C69 connection.
evilfusion
Wait, this one's gonna come out? Soon? For real? Really? Holy flipping shit. Hope addiction and Dragon fetish aside, though -- I'm not seeing the C69 connection. It has to. It's a Number. And Konami is obligated to release all 100 Astral Numbers. As for soon...no idea. The connection is probably being a monster with 4000 ATK that can wipe the field. But it's a Rank 10 monster, so I don't think it'll need much nerfing and stuff. Not-so-Radiant Arin
It's already bad enough with the Dark Hole-esque effect, but to add a burn effect on it is just begging for it to be nerfed. Konami will probably get rid of that effect. But then again IT'S A COUNTER TO JD! :D
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
We don't know how many materials it needs, although I think it'll receive a nerf when it comes out, discuss? The effect reads: If your opponent tries to get rid of 4K beatstick in anyway (other than battle, woo hoo), say NOPE and punish them ridiculously for free 4K attack. Of course it's gonna get nerfed. There are enough ways of spamming Lv10's if you really want to.

We don't know how many he needs though; 2 would be too much, and a nerf is required, but 3 or more, and it doesn't need that much nerfing.
~British Soul~
The effect reads: If your opponent tries to get rid of 4K beatstick in anyway (other than battle, woo hoo), say NOPE and punish them ridiculously for free 4K attack. Of course it's gonna get nerfed. There are enough ways of spamming Lv10's if you really want to. That's pretty much the jist of it, and yeah the card did have nerf me written all over it. (Though we'd have to find out how many materials it needed first)
Toffee.
Really? Numbers 99 and 0 are both more Utopia/Hope monsters? Really? I mean, it makes sense in context, but still. Regardless, though, it has an amusing effect on the grounds that it nukes things, but it's a nuke that requires player interaction, so it's interesting because of that. Lonk
4 Level 10 materials. Calling it! I do love the fact that the only way to beat this monstrous thing is with something with a ridiculous amount of ATK or a card effect that reduces the ATK/DEF to a more manageable level. (I would say to swap it to DEF, but it's probably going to have 4000 DEF as well).
heraldry_lord
4 Level 10 materials. Calling it! At least it'd be much more deserving of it than C92. Oh, and if this is Dragon-Type, you can Summon it with Astral Force on any of the Dragon-Type Rank 8s.

goddamnit names are a pain
So this is the Quasar of the generation, not Beyond. Ehhh no this is more like the Sephylon the Timelord of the generation. Stupidly situational, used by the "enemy" the main character is fighting, and ridiculously OP. And knowing Sephylon the Timelord the nerf is going to hit hard.

Used by the final enemy, absurdly high ATK, stupidly OP effect, etc. I probably would have compared this to the Quasar if it wasn't so played down. Quasar's Summon was so absurdly over-the-top that it's unforgettable.
Wildflame
Well, more Rank 10s are always welcome, but a Dragon Utopia sounds just silly.
玄魔の王
Honestly I'd take a slightly watered-down version of the Effect to have it be 2-mat. If Rank 8s can have a 2-mat 4K beater so can Rank 10s. Just do what they did with Strings and reduce the burn to a Fixed integer per monster.
