Premier Alexander Romanov
Trap/Continuous Activate by targeting 1 Warrior-Type monster you control; that target gains 1000 ATK, also any monsters it destroys by battle is returned to the hand instead of being sent to the Graveyard. If that monster leaves the field, destroy this card. http://www.ygorganization.com/tvtokyowhatareyoudoing/ Discuss.
Rodrigo
That + Degenerate Circuit = non-optimal shenanigans.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I'd rather it be shuffled into the deck, but I guess it's asking a bit much from Konami to make something that boosts ATK by 1000 AND has a very cool attachment to it. As-is, you probably don't want to return cards to the hand instead of sending them to the grave, except in rare cases.

Toffee.
They did it before, why not again? But Horn nets you a draw, and at the time, was for under supported Types O,o...Not that it's relevant.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
They did it before, why not again? It's not 1000 ATK, it's only 800. Those 200 points are just shy of the magical "no" button for Konami.

You do know this mainly a good counter for Fusion/Synchro/Xyz Monsters since this would make it return them into the Extra Deck thus your opponent woun't be able to do graveyard shenanigans... Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
ED Monsters Floaters Stuff like RaiDa Not a huge amount, but worthwhile. Not too many Extra Deck monsters have an effect in-grave. Only ones that come to mind right now are that Battlin' Boxer, that one Bujin, and Fortune Tune for Xyz, and there are a few Synchro, but most of their effects besides Colossal Fighter stink, and now they have essentially another copy of that ED monster to use. It does stop Scrap Synchros from gaining their additional effects, though. Floaters returning to hand are certainly annoying, but the player who had them returned technically lost nothing in the exchange. They didn't get the card they wanted, but they didn't lose any card advantage, and can always use it again after the barber is slain.

Sleepy
If it was not optimal a few months or even a few years back because you are letting them re-summon that monster from the Extra in the future and they could have had just that one copy of X monster you just gave them back, it's much less optimal in a format with a mechanic that Summons anything and everything from the hand at a certain point. Banishing it or doing nothing would have been preferable. Well at least this can get as annoying as Grandmole.
