~British Soul~
Target 1 face-up monster you control; it gains 700 ATK until the end of this turn. Not gonna lie, I'm liking the art. discuss?
Miror B
Rush Recklessly?
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Well, um, if you're trying to kill Cairngorgon, this card prevents your opponent from using it to boost him instead. Isn't that exciting? Oh, and it lets Gagagigo kill Invader of Darkness one stage earlier.
Wildflame
A worse Rush Recklessly. Same effect, but Quick-play Spell > Normal Trap.
Brinolovania
I think this effect took a wee bit too much inspiration from a certain really old quick-play spell.
Airride
Better Reinforcements (The card, not RotA) but a worse Rush Recklessly. Pass.
Kingdom Xathers
Shoulda put a bit more into this to really make it Inspirational, honestly. The artwork is wonderful, but sadly also its only selling point.

Bringerofcake
The art reminds me of MTG for some reason. Funny, because the name made me think we were going to get a generic draw card after all this time.

Sleepy
Not only is it worse for being a Trap, but it also only affects monsters on your side, losing out on possibilities even if people did not use it like that. There should have been a give and take feature somewhere as to justify this even existing (other than filler).
Azuh
So why did we need a new card in BP03, in which we have two previously cards (Rush Recklessly, Reinforcements) which do similar things Not going to lie, but the new BP03 cards have been very disapointing so far
玄魔の王
Something else, almost literally anything else, on top of the 700 would have made me like this. Being an Equip Trap. Giving the Monster some protection. As-is, yeah, it comes off as generic.

I think, if I were to get this card, I'd just cut the picture out and make, like, a bookmark/collage with it or something.
Aix
Found a better quality pic. Guys, you are misunderstanding the true potential of this card. It's meant to be used with cards like this. Konami, why did you make such a useless card?

It's meant to be used with cards like this. Konami, why did you make such a useless card? In sealed, this shouldn't be -that- horrible. Which is really my gripe with all these stuffs from BP03. They're really only designed to be decent in sealed play. Could've done waaay better than this.

Althemia
Are you guys just missing out on the fact that Battle Pack 3 is a draft set or what? Of course most of these cards are going to be useless outside of draft, the pacing of the game is completely different. It'll be a perfectly fine card in draft to the nature of draft and that's a good thing, that's what it was designed to do. It wasn't designed for competitive play. Though really, they probably could have designed it so it has some merit to be used outside of drafts.

If they were to make the set actually fast, a lot of people would have been turned off probably. Besides, we actually did get some good cards like Typhoon from this. Maeriberii Haan
I mean, this could take the Lance route (referring to the probable reason why it's always popping in all the BP so far). A card that does not promote fast format inherently that is really useful in both draft and actual game itself. And seems like the main disappointment about this is that it's an inferior literal clone to an already existing card.
newhat
Draft Rush Recklessly would have been too fast. Draft Reinforcements would have been too small. Draft Mask of Weakness would have been too situational. So we get this.
