Aix
IDK, I just thought of some messed up way of playing this game. Want to try this once for the lulzITT: Every card effect has double the potency. For cards that don't target, the effect resolves twice. For cards that do target, they can choose targets equal to the original amount up to twice the targets.Examples:Upstart Goblin becomes Pot of Greed, but your opponent gains 2000 Life Points.Transmigration Prophecy shuffles 2-4 cards.Volcasaurus targets up to 2 monsters. goddamnit names are a pain
Volcasaurus wins Fix'd. Bad for tons of reasons but potentially fun. Until Exodia/Burn/slash any damn thing that draws comes along. Reckless now draws 12 cards total, ok why not. Upstart draws 6…. How would Hope For Escape work? Mirror Force blows up all the shit twice for fun xD It has little practical use, just helps alt wins and decks go even faster. Shadolls mill twice the shit? Ok. Burning Abyss SS two and search two? Dante can mill 6? Needlebug Nest mills 10 Needlebug mills 10 Tenki adds 2. Wolfbark SS two. etc etc This feels bad.
Aix
Life Points should be quadrupled and why would you bring Exodia to a fun duel?
goddamnit names are a pain
Life Points should be quadrupled and why would you bring Exodia to a fun duel? You didn't say who it had to be fun for. And you said doubled not quadrupled
Darj
Yugioh on crack. I would like to try this once or twice, but I suspect games would be either extremely chaotic, or degenerate into 1~3 turn OTKs.
Slinky
So do costs also double? i.e. do you have to discard 2 and target 4 materials for Super Poly? That said, I have a deck (several, actually) that would have extreme amounts of fun doing this, so I'm game if you want to give it a field run. Super Poly doesn't target. (GigaDrillBreaker)
Necloths? Heroes? oh wait 1.) Necloths weren't a thing when I made that post. 2.) How would these rules even work with Rituals? And would Trishula need 2 in each zone to use its effect?
