Ryusei the Morning Star
Darklord Mastema[/size] Dark/Fairy/7/ATK2600/DEF2600 You can only Special Summon “Darklord Mastema”(s) once per turn. You can only use the (2) effect of “Darklord Mastema” once per turn. (1): If this card is in your hand: You can discard 2 other “Darklord” or “Fallen One” monsters; Special Summon this card. (2): During either player’s turn: You can pay 1000 LP, then target 1 “Darklord” Spell/Trap Card in your Graveyard; this effect becomes that target’s effect when that card is activated, then shuffle that target into the Deck. Darklord Kaidan (name to be updated) Normal Spell You can only activate 1 “Darklord Kaidan” per turn. (1): Special Summon 1 “Darklord” or “Fallen One” monster from your Graveyard in Defense Position. Allure of Darklord Normal Trap (1): Send 1 “Darklord” or “Fallen One” monster from your hand or face up from your field to the Graveyard; take control of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls until the End Phase
Althemia
The S/T are both nuts. The monster seems like actual garbage though
Snatch Steal
Huh. Is it enough? I have vague memory of a time before when I started playing Yugioh where Fairies were tier 1. The ability to reuse cards from your Graveyard seems very powerful.
IQuitDolphin
Well, there's their monster reborn. Also damn that Trap is a walking Change of Heart with the new Darklord. Solid.
Slinky
So, Maistema/Ixtab fuels Kaidan and Call of the Haunted with Superbia for field presence. Allure serves as a means to troll the funk out of your opponent with pretty much no restriction thanks to the big guys. Deck is shaping up to be super good. Neochu-H
UGH FINALLYDarklord Kaidan is EXACTLY what darklords/fallen ones needed you would not believe how annoying it is to try to use valhalla hall of the fallen
Toffee.
I love how This topic was posted, while I was in the process of bumping the other Darklord topic. Go figure.
Ryusei the Morning Star
The S/T are both nuts. The monster seems like actual garbage thoughIt can clean out the hand and set up grave plays Like Superbia+something, could be an /easier/ rank 8 I don't recall there being another lv 7 Darklord, but I could be wrong on that

It needs to be cards to be good imo, because otherwise they have a hard time loading the grave with things that they need.

Precisely, it actually makes falling grace amazing and that control one usable, however otherwise you waste resources, so I guess it is alright, however more importantly ... guys ... GUYS they finally got their archtype reborn, now they are actually decent considering "reborn", "e-call" and Ixtab starts everything the deck needs. Tinkerer
Well, ok then. Despite what I said about Mast's cost being too hefty in the other thread, knowing that 2 more spells/traps were revealed kinda alleviates this somewhat. The S/T support is really legit. On deckbuilding: Allure obviously is staying, but how about Trade-in? It seems more and more awkward. For once, Advance Draw is looking like a better option. Also, thoughts on Reasoning/Monster Gate? Pchi
It's definitely cards, since the video posted on the official YT channel shows them discarding Darklord S/T to SS it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UBDwQaKLy2k
Slinky
The spells so far all seem to be solid 3-ofs, while the traps seem to be 2-ofs. There should be 1 more round of support as well, so another monster, a spell, and a trap. Maybe the ratios will continue like this.

banddude
Love the reborn, it makes the deck not as reliant on drawing call of the haunted or soul charge to play. Allure of darklord is fun, and I kinda wish the monster was level 8 for more trade-in shenanigans. Definitely will be playing this when it comes around to TCG. Blake
Looking at the set, what we have left is: A pegasus monster (Lv. 5 or 6? Not 8.) that corresponds to the RotA. Likely less corrupted, given the art, so probably recycles them from the grave. Maybe Brynhildr/Brunhilde. A trap that corresponds to Tezcatlipoca, likely desturction/battle prevention of some sort? Also I find it funny that Allure/Temptation depicts a monster that is destiny draw.

cardgameking
Holy Hell, so Darklords can search, take control, revive and non-target destruction for 1000LP during either player's turn with beefy bodies? I wouldn't be surprised to see the deck do well.
Lee Cheng Men
Maybe the next Darklord was the unicorn in "Casting Out the Darklords" cuz it also have a similar ring on top of it's head.
