The name is meant to be a combo of Yuya, Yuto, Yugo, and Yuri. (They basically became a Mary Sue imo.)

Sakura. That's Quick-Effect non-targeting non-destruction removal of any card in your opponent's anywhere, but not only that, it can't be targeted by card effects and it can also be a potential Pot of Greed... and it can be used in Zoodiacs.

It can still Pot of Greed every turn since detaching is a cost with the semicolon ";". I would go for a draw 1, since a draw 1 off of a Xyz is still really big, especially since you can get it twice potentially. Also putting it down to 1 makes it a valid choice to either banish a opponents card or draw a card since drawing cards is a +2 while banishing is kinda sorta a +1. It would only feel punishing to banish an opponent's card at that point, but even then it just feels the card was made to do a bunch of random stuff on its own rather than actually having something in particular the card is trying to do, unless all it's trying to do is "advantage" which is way too broad to define a card's design.

 

As for Condemned Guardian, it's just Starliege Paladynamo but worse, and Starliege doesn't even really get used anymore.
