I'm gonna do another real old one that never got imported.

 

Tuneldeen

LIGHT - Level 3 - Spellcaster/Tuner/Effect - 950/1000

If you Normal Summon a non-Tuner Normal monster: You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. You can only activate this effect of "Tuneldeen" once per Chain.

 

Make a Tuner that combos with a specific non-Tuner Normal in some way (Maiden with Blue-Eyes, or something like Genex Undine with Controller)

Elemental Hero Breezer

1 non-Effect monster + 1 Special Summoned monster

You can also Fusion Summon this card by Tributing 1 non-Effect Fusion monster you control, but if you do, this card's Attribute becomes the same as the Tributed monster's (you can only Summon this card once per turn this way). If this card is Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard with the same Attribute as this card. If this card is sent to the Graveyard as Material for the Summon of a monster with the same Attribute as itself: You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard during your next Standby Phase, and if you do; send 1 Attack Position monster on the field to the Graveyard, if possible.

 

Instant Fusion for the original Fusionist. Summon this boy. Drop literally any Level 3 or lower EARTH. Make Missus Radiant. Profit. Change the Instant Fusion target depending on what you want to Summon.

 

Make a Tuner that revives a specific kind of target (Type, Attribute, stats, Level . . .)

Not like Yusaku doesn't already have cards to recycle his sheet, but guess it's something.

Notes: Works with a lot of tech options into Ice Barriers, or just with their own Synchros.

Next Card: Sea Monster of Theseus is our only Fusion Tuner? Really? Make another one, and make it good.

This card can be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck by banishing the above monsters you control (this is treated as a Fusion Summon, or you can choose to treat it as a Synchro Summon instead if the combined levels of the banished monsters used to Special Summon this card was equal to 6). If this card is Synchro Summoned, you can decrease this card's level equal to the number of non-Tuner monsters banished to Special Summon this card, then you can Special Summon 1 non-Tuner monster from your GY in defense position whose level is equal to or lower than the number of monsters banished to Special Summon this card.

 

Hopefully that's not to complicated.

Once per Main Phase, you can target 1 monster in either player's Graveyard whose Level is less than this card's: Special Summon that target, then increase this card's ATK by the Summoned monster's Level x100. If this card battles your opponent's monster, except a monster whose Level is greater than this card's: Negate the opposing monster's effects at the start of the Damage Step. If this card destroys your opponent's monster by battle: Increase this card's Level by 1. There can be only 1 face-up "Synchrodias".

 

Whatever it is, give it both a Watapon and an appropriate (for its Type/Attribute/archetype) Dreary Doll effect.

While this card is equipped to a monster, the equipped monster gains 600 ATK, also, if it destroys your opponent's monster by battle, you can add 1 Union monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Hypermagnet Blaster". (If a monster equipped with this card would be destroyed, destroy this card instead.)

 

Yes, I did just give ABC easy, searchable Synchro 8 access that's also an Altair/Wolfbark.

 

Make it the modern replacement for cards like Battle Fader, Gorz, or Tragoedia.

When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can Special Summon as many Tuners as possible with different names from your GY. Their effects are negated while on the field, also they cannot be used as material for a Summon, except Synchro Monsters.

 

(Last part is required to prevent Link spam and sheet, though because Konami crapped on the ED for the most part with the new zones, they probably could use the SSʻd Tuners for Links somewhat. Meh.)

Where you would use this card, idk. Most you could do is force it onto the opponent, then burn them.

Make something that combines two or more DM-era-old or similarly simple "fodder" effects. Mystic Tomato clause, acting like a Marauding Captain, one-time literally free revival like Twin-Headed Behemoth, the ability to fetch copies of itself like Poki Draco, maybe even reusing the incredibly unique effect of Mystic Lamp . . .

So I decided to place in two fodder effects from a monster AND a Spell: the monster being one of the Fusion Materials for the most brutal shutdown Fusion of all time, and the original inception of "cost exceeding benefit" in terms of Spells (which I'm surpised didn't make a comeback with Danger!).

Lore: When a Spell Card is activated (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card from your hand or face-up field, then if it is your turn, discard 1 card; apply this effect, depending on which player activated that Spell Card. You can only use this effect of "Magical Excavator of Maryokutai" once per turn.

• You: Set 1 Spell from your GY to the field. It cannot be activated this turn, but it can be activated during your opponent's next turn.
• Your opponent: Negate that activation, and if you do, destroy it if it is your opponent's turn.

Thunder Dragon Storm
