I found my water plate when there was a massive disturbance of the coast of Mossdeep city. A bunch of water pokemon went nuts and started attacking people, so Feraligator and I went o check it out and this is what we found by a colony on Clampearl. Everyone looked around and saw a tiger-like creature standing on one of the adjacent houses. It was Raikou. He roared loudly and another group of thunder bolts rained down from the sky. Joe - "What in the world kind of pokemon is that. It looks like a thunder version of Entei? Well wait, all of your legendarys are more or less like flying types. If this thing is thunder ... you're gonna need some help. Come on out Flygon and Houndoom. " The two pokemon tried to attack raikou but it was far too fast and kept darting in and out of the forest.
