OOC: I figured I would just start with the end of a duel with Zack, seeing as I know where NO ONE is lol so I hope no one minds.

 

Field: Zack - No cards in play 500 lp left. 4 cards in hand.

Random Opponent - Two cards in hand, 4000 lp, 3 face down Traps, 1 f/d monster.

 

Though it looked like Zack was near defeat, his calm manner never left his face. The last attack by his opponent's Gaia Soul had taken him from 2500 lp to only a mere 500 life. His opponent smirked as he set the three Trap cards. With either my Sakuretsu Armor, or my Magic Cylinder, this loser will be toast. The smirk never left his face as he spoke. "I end my turn with these three face downs. Your move.....

 

Zack shfted an eyebrow and unfolded his arms. "Very well then. I draw!" Pulling a card from his deck he looked at the now 5 cards he held. Tiger Dragon, Powered Tuner, Future Fusion, Dragon's Mirror....and now Giant Trunade.... Zack smiled as he looked over at his opponent. "First I play the Spell Card Future Fusion. This Spell allows me to search my deck for Fusion Material monsters for a Fusion Monster, then put them in my graveyard. Then in 2 turns I get my fusion monster." Zack pulled his deck out and pulled two cards. "I send Lord of D. and Divine Dragon Ragnarok to my grave." After shuffling his deck he smirked. "Now...the Spell Card, Giant Trunade. This spell makes it so all Spell and Trap Cards on the field are returned to their owners hands.

 

His opponent picked up his traps. Damn...oh well, he wont get his fusion card after returning his Future Fusion to his hand. Zack smirked. "I place 1 card Face Down, then use my Spell, Dragon's Mirror. With my mirror, I can remove from play, either in my graveyard, or from my side of the field, monsters for a Dragon Type Fusion." Soon Zack's grave began to glow. "I remove my Lord of D. and Divine Dragon from play, Summoning King Dragun!"

 

The mighty 2400 ATK powered monster set itself on Zack's field. "Now I use my King Dragun's effect, Special Summoning my Tiger Dragon From my hand." Another 2400 ATK monster flew across the way, landing on the other side of Zack. "Now, Since I have not Normal Summoned any monster, I now Summon Powered Tuner." The 1400 ATK monster landed from the sky infront of Zack. "Seeing as I have my dragon's in place, I use my Tuner, to tune up my Tiger Dragon." The two new dragons flew around, soon merging into a new beast. "Arise.....TRIDENT DRAGON!"

 

A bellowing roar descended from the clouds as a triple headed dragon landed behind Zack with a loud crash. "Now Trident Dragon's effect kicks in. I can destroy up to 2 cards I control to give mt Trident Dragon an extra attack per card. So I destroy my face down card, Future Fusion, giving my Trident Dragon a second attack. Now King Dragun, Attack his face down monster!"

 

The large half man/half dragon circled and then slammed his fist into the Face down monster. "No! Reinge!...." The man yelled. "Now...Trident Dragon, Attack him directly!" One of the three heads lifted up, bellowing a beam of red energy at the man. He fell to a knee, lifepoint reader dropping 3000 Life. "Once again Trident....Attack him directly!" A second head lifted up, belting a blue blast towards the man, who fell backwards unconscious. "And you thought I would lose......" Zack turned and walked away from the now defeated man. "Easy...."

 

OOC: Yes I know not all battles will be like this, but I wanted to have fun. All cards used in this were real.

Blue giggled madly. "Go a-freaking- Head!" He cackled, as the behomath enclosed at him. "Oh, the once-great Zarkus, forced to use an Earthbound God to defeat his enemies! How truly, truly pathetic!" He sqawked as the giant descended upon him, causing his life points to plummet

Red suddenly paused. "Blue... you wouldn't..."

Blue glanced at Red, and did the unexpected... removed his mask.

"Oh Red...I would. I really would." He said, in a vaguely human voice. Behind the mask was a blank face; with swirling data; it stayed there, chaotic and unorganized for a couple seconds, before shaping into the grinning visage of a madman, with red eyes that seemed to exhale virus. He exhaled, and a stream of corruption flew from it, out into the field.

"In response to your monster's attack, I can Special Summon the card given to me by God!!"

Red stood in shock. "a card given to you by God... the CPU gave us those only to use... in dire emergency! They could tear apart the server! They could tear apart the entire GAME if the proper safety protocols aren't taken!"

Blue smirked with his new face, and laughed. "I DON'T CARE! If I kill myself but take you with me, IT WILL BE WORTH IT!" He cackled, as a strange creature appeared. It was a reaper, with a long blue scythe with a blue edge. The reaper appeared to have no face, but an ice-blue cloak. It stood motionless.

Blue cackled, and threw his mask at the hooded form. There was a pause, as the mask fitted itself on the reaper, causing veins of bright blue energy to go through it. The creature's scythe grew to five times the size, obtaining ancient and dangerous-looking rune bondange, that held it back like restraints. Veins of energy crackled through it like lightning, and the earth beneith it split slightly, revealing the raw chaos of code beneath it.

Zarkus let off a macabre smile

"My life points are now halved... I set 2 cards and end."

"Show me... Show me, show me, show me... SHOW ME! SHOW ME YOUR TRUE POWER SO I CAN SHOW YOU MINE! AHAHAHAAHAH!"

Zarkus was now completely unhinged. His personality was nothing like it was before.

Edit: Added a few more "Show me"s to show how unhinged he truly is >_>

Blue smirked. "Those face-downs won't help you now! Blue Adegos is...unstoppable! Adegos, castrate that rival God's power!"

 

The Reaper rose up into the air silently, and discharged a storm of blue energy, spreading through the entire field. Static filled the air as the area quivered. Even the virus itself seemed to shudder in response to it's awakening. The Earthbound God shuddered, and abruptly, it's color scheme turned to grey.

 

Blue gave a wolflike smile. "It is said that in his first incarnation, Adegos could negate spells and traps, in return for giving up the right to attack... but in his godlike, divine state, Adegos negates EVERYTHING! Every card effect, every monster, every spell and trap, in either player's Hand, Deck, Field or Grave, LOSES their effects!" He said, cackling like mad.

"Now, Adegos, attack that giant!" He said, pointing. The reaper attacked the creature, rushing towards it with its Scythe bared.

The Earthbound God seemed curious about it, and swatted at it, easilly tearing apart the creature, leaving only the mask.

Which suddenly... exploded.

A huge blast of blue energy crackled through the area, tearing everything asunder; Ground, Earthbound God, sky, air, all of it was simply data, reduced to nothing by the polorizing explosion, like a missile hitting the earth. The temple was obliterated, as was the God like it was made of paper Machee', instantly vaporized by the nuke-like blast. And the only sound that could be heard over the explosion, the rush of wind, was Blue's mad cackling laugh.

This Card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your Deck or hand if your LP is reduced by an amount equal or greater than 3000. Negate all other card effects in the field, in either player's hand, Deck, or in the Graveyard. You do not take damage from a battle involving this card. If this card is destroyed in battle, destroy all cards on the field. Inflict 1000 points of damage to the opponent's LP for every Spell or Trap card destroyed in this way, and 800 points of damage for each Level Star of every monster destroyed by this effect.

"Im... gonna lose... This... is... PERFECT!"

Zarkus glowed red and a red aura shot out of him. His body started cracking.

"I have something similar to your God blue... something very similar. Allow me to show you... my true power!" he said, as his body exploded in a crimson blaze.

"This card... can only be summoned when my Life Points hit 0, but until now, it could never come out. Now, I will show you a power beyond even that of the Gods!"

The Seal of the Dark Oracle appeared from his body.

"Arise, God of the Dark Oracle - Abyssus Satraps(Literally "Hell Ruler")!"

A featureless demon-like figure comprised entirely of energy came out of Zarkus's back. It grew 2 wings at first, but as it grew in size it gained 4 wings, 6 wings, 8 wings, 12 wings, and eventually 16 wings.

"Now my God, attack Blue!"

As he said this, the area overloaded with data and the duel immediately ended before the attack could hit, cancelling out the duel and making both the red glow and Abyssus dissapear. Zarkus blinked and immediately took a deep breath

"Wh-what the hell happened?"

This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck when your Life Points hit 0 (ADDITIONAL CIRCUMSTANCE). Under no circumstances can this card be removed from the field or its effect be negated. As long as this card remains on the field, you cannot lose the duel. This card can attack your opponent directly. Negate all other card effects as long as this card remains face-up on the field.

Red crossed his arms. "Server crash." He said simply. "Just one of those Gods was pushing the server to use every edge of its capacity. Two was simply beyond it. It ended before the attacks could collide, which is good, because something like that could have caused permanent damage to the entire network. Even now, I'm sure many human cities are experiencing power outages, due to the efforts of the server to process the gigitons of data necessary."

Blue frowned, but then grinned again, looking a little insane. There was a pause as a new mask formed over him; this one was made of blue and black swirls, and had a Cheshire grin on it. "Until next time." He said simply, and disappeared into a pool of Virus.

SIgma watched the flickerings and felt the crash. 'I'm glad I did not allow myself such a god. Playing with that kind of power is too much. My only god is the God of Rock' he muttered happily. the God of Rock carrying him noticed and smiled. 'You should not be afraid to unleash my true powers Sigma, you know you designed your own power, I fear you'll need to unleash it' it replied. 'Maybe later' Sigma mumbled.

Red shook his head, and seemed to sigh. "Blue... what happened to you?" He said, muttering. "Using that card was more dangerous than you might think... Blue took the safety off his own soul. Reaper Adegos... is more than a card, for Blue. The three of us, myself, Blue, and Green, are comprised of three parts; Part data program, part of the soul of our creator, and part... Duel Spirit. By summoning Adegos, Blue essentially summoned his own power to the field... by all rights, something like that should have nearly killed him. But he seemed fine..." Red crossed his arms. "Puzzling. I am sure the virus he has assimilated did something..."

"The data I sensed earlier... it was from Neziarx I believe. What he did was similar to what we did, but... he managed to compress it so it was only a strain on the area. Something Blue seemed incapable of doing and something that I sure as hell couldn't do."

Zarkus looked at Red.

"Do they have diferent abilities? If so, whats yours?"

"Wasn't capable of doing, or didn't want to do." Red responded, touching his mask. Red nodded slightly. "I... was created from the willing Duel Spirit of Reaper Zakra, a personal favorite of my master's, and thus, I have the ability to summon the Modified Reaper God - Red Zakra. While they do all have different effects, they do have certain similarities... Being able to be summoned when we take over 3000 points of damage, for example." He shook his head. "I'd rather keep my God's ability a secret. It shouldn't even be used in the first place, but if it comes down to it, I'd like to rely on the fact nobody but myself knows the extent of Red Zakra's abilities..."

 

Red paused, then shook his head. "I now know what happened to Blue... and that worries me about Green. Did she fall to the virus also?"

(Never seen .Hack, so yeah, odd.)

 

Red shook his head. "All three of us were originally outfitted with a system similar to telepathy, where we could communicate with eachother without having to be physically near eachother. I'm not sure what happened to the ability, however it quickly deteriorated around the time I first met you. I cannot accurately recall the last time I saw her physical body."

'Stop Neziarx would be a start' Sigma suggested as he and his monster landed. 'He got the mask, I used all I could, even summoning the God of Rock to my field. But those viral cores are dangerous, but, their weaknesses are easy to spot. They can't be removed from the field, but, if you negate them, they're useless and easily destroyed as well'.
