[Premier Alexander Romanov]

"Thanks. But I do have to admit, you must be an experienced Bio-Merger, because you don't seem to be suffering from Personality Override Syndrome..."

He hands a very damaged Kayla to the Rosemon and continues to lift up Temblor.

"Hey, big guy. I need you to distract the Black Knight up there for about another minute. Can you do that?"

[Mr. Hyde]

Aero and Megadramon got confused. "THIS IS FRIEKEN CHAOS!" Aero shouted. Megadramon nodded.

"We need to go all out!" Zach and Lance nodded.

"DIGISOUL! MAXIMUM CHARGE!" Aero digivolved into UlforceVeedramon while Megadramon digivolved into Machinedramon. Machinedramon noticed he wasn't flying.

"Uh-OH!" He shot his cannons so he could land on a nearby ship. While Aero flew towards Daemon.

"LET'S SEE WHAT YOU'RE MADE OF!" She yelled.

Alex sneezed. "Something big must be going down." Armadillomon shrugged.

"Probably nothing."

[Hydra of Ages]

Seri giggled a little and squirmed slightly beneath the Mega-level digimon's touch. She twirled a little piece of hair coyly. "If we went again, it'd take forever for us to get into the mood to leave..." she giggled. "And without our help, how else are the rest of those lazy Demon-Holders going to crush the Royal Knights?"

The symbol of Envy on Crabmon's back started glowing again.

"Grotto Hammer!" Sal yelled, tossing a piece of estemed Goblin-forged metal at a Devimon. Successfully, the heavy weapon wacked the dark creature across the head, causing him to concussion and fall downward towards the earth, impacting with an audible 'thump' and regressing back to an Egg.

 

Sal did a little damage. "Awesome... Oh, but now I don't have a weapon..." he said sadly, before the massive metal hammer reappeared in his clutches. He grinned. "And now I do?!? This is the most awesome form ever!"

 

Meanwhile, WereGururumon was still taking out enemies by the flock, not particularly caring that she didn't have wings, and instead using her massive jumping ability and her enemies as platforms.

[Mr. Hyde]

Alex had wandered into a town. He didn't know where. He didn't much care either. He looked towards Armadillomon. "Soooo...what's up with you?" Armadillomon cocked his head.

"Whaddya mean?" Alex laughed.

"Nevermind. Hahaha."

Zach stumpled ontop of Machinedramon's head. He got weak knees knowing he just almost plummited to his death. "God this isn't fun. I wish Seri would join our side...But she has a Demon Lord. She really can't unless she ditched him..." He sighed. Machinedramon sighed as well.

"Don't worry, if she fights you, hopefully she'll notice she likes you more than the power of darkness."

"Really?"

"Maybe...maybe not. Let's just see how it all turns out."

[Blackstone Dresden]

"First time actually, I've...she's...Floramon's...the Digimon half of me hasn't been able to Digivolve beyond Kiwimon, but then the Spirit Warrior of Wood gave me this hexagonal key thing and now we can BioMerge. The key's probably keeping us in a personality balance somehow. My human half is named Alliya by the way, but you can just call her...me...whatever... Alli" She smiled and her Thorn Whip wrapped around Kayla, steadying her "She's not so exhausted that she split, that's a good sign" She reasoned, flying off overhead above the clouds

 

"You're talking to the wrong half of Examon, buddy" Temblor said "If you can clip that son of a b****'s wings, I can beat his ass to a pulp, but I'm no good in an aerial fight, I'm built for solid ground." He looked at his partner, then at Max, and finally the dent Marcus was in and noticed something "Sirs...I think Ogudomon's an active participant in this battle" he motioned down to Max with his head "His DigiSoul...his power...the hate in his eyes...I've seen that before...All the Royal Knights have...Just before our death, there was a large flash of violet energy pouring from the ground, fueling the Demon Lords assault...I saw that same look in Beelzemon's eyes when he shot my head clean off" He shuddered "That human's Ogudomon. I just know it"

 

"CHARGE! Dark DigiSoul...Wrath!" Max shouted, not even bothering to touch his Digivice. A spire of DigiSoul shot from him to Daemon, who soon mutated from a beastly creature to more of a humanoid demon, complete with electrified legs, arms, and wings, the latter sprouting claws.

 

"Daemon Wrath Mode!" The Demon Lord shouted glaring daggers at Aero "You think you're so tough since you can Digivolve? WELL SO CAN I!"

 

((If you go to Future Mode, I will make that Strike 2))

 

Minerva pouted "Fine then, but when we get back, I'm moving in with you, got it?" She asked

"Feh, I'm getting bored. Bye."

ChaosGallantmon raised his lance and pointed it downwards at Temblor and Justimon.

"You'll be the first to go. Chaos Crusher!"

Charging the lance with energy, ChaosGallantmon fired the energy in a lightning-bolt-like form at the bio-merger and the ground dragon he was holding. If nothing else, there was likely going to be a Temlor-shaped splat on the ground in a few moments.

 

Keila looked at Zehn as he explained his flightlessness dilema.

"Ah well, I'd help, but my wings aren't really that strong...sorry."

Looking out over the battle, Keila saw Sal and WereGururumon were fighting by hopping from enemy to enemy.

"You could always go back to Arbormon, doesn't he have extendo arms or something? You could use those to go from bad guy to bad guy like Sal and WereGururumon are?"

Looking over the battle, she saw a Royal Knight fighting against a Demon Lord...and not seeming to do so well.

"Hey Zehn, do you think I should go help those guys fighting Daemon? They seem like they need it..."

[The Warden]

Duke followed Misty through the tunnel without so much a word. 'Different whether going in or out doesn't matter. And yes, I ams tarting to get a little pushy because I have the strangest feeling that something big is going down and we're missing it because of idle chit-chat. So it would be best for us to get a move on so we can save your partner, who is probably a frozen popsicle by now' Duke replied.

Daniel, of course, used his holy energy wings to block the attack, causing the energy wings to become a bit smaller, but they started to recharge.

"You know what, do you two have some sort of energy attack?"

He then rotated so that his cannon now pointed at Daemon WM.

"Because I see something that needs a massive blast of divine power than ChaosGallantmon up there."

 

Meanwhile, Alice and Garrett, POed at Daemon, finally started to attack him.

Bad idea.

 

And Ian continued his fight with Belphemon.

 

The battle just kept going on and on and on...

 

((Ahh, screw it. I'm getting tired of the current fight scene.))

Aero's eyes widened as she faced the Demon digimon. "This...this can't happen..." She remembered of how she was killed. All the rage built inside of her. She exploded into a giant rage. The Crest on her chest (which was pretty busty) started to shine like fire. She glared at Daemon. "Eat This! RAY OF VICTORY!" A giant beam came out of the crest. It even knocked Lance down who was standing on her shoulder.

"Good job Aero!"

Beta laughed. "Stop touching my fin hahaha!" Carly giggled.

"But it's so cute!"

"We're supposed to get a message from Huanglongmon soon! I think we're standing on him also hahaha!"

[Hydra of Ages]

Sal proceeded to continue chucking his apparently limitless supply of well-crafted hammers at his opponents, cackling the entire way. "I'm loving this! Infinite supply of Sledgehammers happens to be the best Super Power in existence!"

 

WereGururumon glanced over at Sal, rolled her eyes and scoffed, and landed, strattling a Devidramon. The dragon digimon screeched loudly and tried to buck her off, failing as the beast-woman digimon proceeded to use her powerful jaws and arms to snap off his left wing, forcing the dark being to struggle to stay airborn.

 

Quickly changing the wing into a makeshift weapon, she tossed it at the enemies, skewering two Devimon and a Devidramon through the chest like a lance, all of which were too shocked at this point to retaliate. She leaped forward, fast as a blur pulling at the wing that empaled the three and using it as a bat to smash the three digimon against the other nearby champion levels, until it finally began to rain Digieggs around her.

 

She quickly picked up three, turned them around and threw them at breakneck speed at more opponents. One Devimon was stunned by an egg to the face and quickly slain by her claws a couple seconds later, followed by his egg being kicked in a stunning display of power. The new egg hit another Devidramon square in the neck, causing it to howl in pain as its neck cracked and revert back to its egg-form immediately.

 

Sal paused mid-throw to watch his partner kick the ever-loving crap out of anything that came near her. "...Hunh... Maybe I shouldn't annoy her as much..." he muttered slightly quietly. "I mean, she's essentially beating them to death with the corpses of their allies. Or even worse, she's beating them to death with fetuses."

Seri giggled. "Of course. Though I only have the single bed, so... you'll have to make due." she said with a smirk, quickly reaching over to cover herself again.

 

"Feels like they're fighting over water. Know what that means, right?" she said brightly.

"Fair enough." Mistymon muttered, as they walked out of the tunnel and once again into the bitter cold. "There. There's the great pillar." he said, pointing to a giant icicle sticking up into the sky. It was a pillar of ice about the size of a skyscraper, it's name more or less encompassing exactly what it was.

 

"Now, let's find out where she's in trouble and help her." he muttered, before blinking. In a nearby town, there were loud sounds heard, as well as loud cries of pain. "That sounds like a good place to start..."

((**** it. They arrived half an hour early. It's a miracle))

 

Zehn focused his DigiSoul on his feet and solidified it "Perfect" Petaldramon said walking off the top of the Gungnir and noted that, somehow, the ocean beneath them and solidified. Not frozen, because living dark Digimon managed to sink through, but more like a strainer for a person's soul, as it kept the DigiEggs and DigiMarines' Digimon on its surface. Very freaky indeed.

 

Huanglongmon explained the entire situation and teleported Carly and Beta to Operation: Minotaur

 

Daemon smiled and knocked the two DigiMarines back with ease and shrugged of Aero's attack "Only a Super Ultimate level Royal Knight can defeat me" He reminded the four "And there are only 3, she's one, so are the twins, and, of course, two of our new recruits" He grinned "That's right, we have Omnimon, and he's gladly joined our cause"

 

Minerva purred and Seri could feel a rustling against her back as clothes suddenly appeared on her body, or as much clothing as she usually wore, "You have to dress the old-fashioned way I'm afraid"

Justin got in very close to Daemon, his cannon pointing at the beast's chest.

"How about a Super Ultimate Vaccine Digimon?"

His wings started to disappear as his cannon glowed like the light of the sun. In fact, you couldn't look at the barrel driectly.

"OMEGA RADIANT BEAM CANNON!!!"

The blinding attack ripped through Daemon like the toy replica of Zabuza Momochi's sword through rice paper. ((Rep to the first one to get that.)) In fact, the beam kept going, destroying the entire swarm, and even blasting deep into space, knocking a giant asteroid off course that wouldn't have hit the Digital World until the attack hit it, causing it to eventually hit the Digital World in another century.

When people could see again, Daemon had a gaping hole in his chest.

Beta floated on the water while Carly held onto his fin. She asked, "So...what're we gonna do. I don't know how to..'digivolve' you." Betamon looked back at her.

"Weeeelll. You have to charge your digisoul into me. You'll figure it out. Just think of something that makes you happy. Or ticks you off." Carly nodded. She thought of going home. Seeing her mom. A pink aura eminated around her.

"I did it! YAY!"

"Good, now touch my fin!" She did as instructed. Beta digivolved into Seadramon.

"Wow..." Carly expressed. "Now there's more of you to hang onto. teehee." Beta aimed at ChaosGallantmon. "ICE WINDER!" A couple of giant ice shards shot at him. He aimed at Daemon next "ICE BLAST!"

Aero couldn't believe her eyes. Daemon had deflected one of her most powerful attacks. She teared up. Still bursting rage. She gritted her teeth and drew out her energy sword. "ULFOCRCE SABER!"

Zach sighed. "This is gonna suck." Machinedramon nodded.

"Indeed. GIGA CANNONS!" Machinedramon shot two giant beams from his cannons towards Daemon.

[Blackstone Dresden]

"Where's your girlfriend?" Daemon asked Justimon, grinning as he regenerated using the DigiCores of his former soldiers "Operation: Minotaur has been successfully executed, all forces, sound the full retreat!" He called and, in the blink of an eye, the only people there were the DigiMarines and the Royal Knights, and one person ridning on a Chaosmon's Bantyo shoulder

 

"Fi...na...ly" The mysterious person panted, his battered partners separating into Raiamon and Commandramon, instantly tipping the mystery man off as a one of the DigiMarines own. All three of them plummeted to the ocean below.

"Huh?" Daniel just floated there, very confused, until it dawned on him.

"Hey guys, where's Kayla?"

 

((So, does Ace get to toy with her a while now?))

Kotemon was having trouble following after Sammy. He was obviously angry. "Hey Sammy. What were you doing on the computer before you left our room?" Sammy slowed down a little at this but still kept some pace."I was looking for a way to help those who are being controlled by Ogudomon like Sam. Obivously I didn't find anything otehrwise I would remember it." Kotemon stumbled a little.

"Sammy you did find out how to do it." At this the human boy stopped.

"What did you say?"

"You found out how to do it.. At least I think you did." Sammy was barely able to contain his hapiness. he grabbed Kotemons arm and pulled him till they got to their quarters. When they got inside the computer was still on. And Sammy now knew how to save the evil tamers.

 

Phelesmon and Sam landed on the roof. There was destruction going on all around digimon were being destryoed all over the place. "So Sam what are we going to do?" Phelesmon asked his partner. Sam stepped forward to get a slightly better view of the side.

"We're leaving." Sma told the digimon putting his energy into the digivice made Phelesmon digivolve into Beelzemon. No sooner had he landed on the floor had behemoth appeared.

"Are you sure about this Sam?" Beelzemon asked.

 

"SAM WAIT!" sammy shouted he had run up the stairs as quickly as he could and had reached the top before Sma had left.

[Proto]

Stingmon finally caught a heavily damaged Lee up to on top of Machinedramon. "He had almost broken most the bones in his limbs when I got to him." He then glared at Daemon in a look of utter disgust "You give him hell for me, I have to go get this poor poor man to safety". Stingmon then flew off into the military base and yelled out (despite having no visible mouth therefore making it illogical for him to even speak.) "We have a man down! Can somebody give this boy medical attention!"

[Mr. Hyde]

Seadramon and Carly gathered the three fallen soldiers. He flew into the air as best he could until they reached the Gungir. Beta dropped them off and dedigivolved back into Betamon. "Phew...that took a lot out of me..." Carly stood over the mysterious person and giggled.

"haha..who are you?"

Aero subsided. She withdrew her sword. She and Machinedramon got onto the Gungir. She started crying. "I wasn't able to stop him...Not this time at least." Both Zach and Lance jumped off of their partner's backs. They gave eachother a high five.

"Nice job bro." Zach said with a smile.

"Couldn't have done it by myself. Welcome to the team bud." Lance remarked. Machinedramon patted Aero on the shoulder.

"Don't worry. You'll get him next time." Machinedramon said trying to smile. Then relizing his face was metal and could not show emotion. Aero hugged him.

"Thanks..."

Sam turned to see Sammy running towards him. Beelzemon was already on Behemoth and waiting to go. "Sammy don't try and make me stay. If i do I'll just end up in a cell again." He jumped onto the back of the bike.

"But I have a way to remove you from Ogudomon's control." Sammy shouted at the bike mountd pair. Behemoth stopped revving, even he seemed to realise the seriuosness of this situation.

"What are you talking about Sammy?" Beelzemon asked, "Thats impossible for me. And nearly as hard for Sam."

Kotemon eventually caught up with Sammy and was standing next him. He began to talk despite being out of breath. "No we found a way."

Both of the creatures were shocked, but didn't have time to aks any questions. Behemoth had created a portal away from the ship. It was a good job too, they had gotten dangerously close to teh brig once more.

[Blackstone Dresden]

All of the servants of Ogudomon, save Beelzemon and Sam, were suddenly in a formless void, lit only by 7 shining swords "You have done well, my servants" The Dark God said as a Myotismon presented him with the Dark DigiMemory, sliding it into the hilt of one of the swords, black handled with an onyx blade. "Very well" He repeated as the black sword slid out of his leg.

Raiamon, Commandramon, and the mysterious person were all beaten and bruised and bloodied and unconscious

 

Ashu flew next to Aero and Machinedramon and hovered beside the former "Hey, buddy, that's my wife" he told Machinedramon, smacking him on the head with his tail "Hands off"

[Mr. Hyde]

Carly exclaime. "HUANGLONGMON! We need to get these guys to the Medical Ward right stat NOW!" Beta digivolved once again.

"Got it!" He wrapped Commandramon and Raiamon in his coils and flew them into the medical room, whereas Carly picked the Mysterious person up and put his arm around her shoulder. She as well raced towards the medical room, placing him on a bed alongside Raiamon and Commandramon.

Machinedramon backed away and wailed his arms around. "It wasn't me it was...dat.." he let out a mechanized sigh. Aero raced towards Ashu, embracing him.

"WHERE WERE YOU!" she exclaimed.

[Ace Daimon]

((I just got word from Y-Tak.))

((I'm taking Kayla for a while.))

 

Kayla awoke in a strange room on an equally strange four-poster bed with drapes around it.

"Huh?"

She looked around, them down, and realized she was naked.

"What the hell happened?"

As if to answer her question, a woman walked in.

She had on black and purple robes and black hair tied back with a pair of pins. She also had her right arm bandaged and a few pairs of black bat wings sprouting from her back.

"You survived the Battle Outside the Labyrinth, as we now call it. You've actually been in a coma for the past few months now."

Several LadyDevimon came in after the woman.

"I have?"

"Yes. The battle was glorious! We managed to complete our true objective, planting a bomb inside of the Gungnir, which went off inside of the Labyrinth hours later, destroying the entire structure and allowing our forces to retaliate and take the Baihumon territory. Even as we speak, our forces are wiping out the last of the Allied resistance in what's left of Ebonwumon's territory."

"What about the Digi-Marines?" Kayla was now crying.

"They went down with the Gungnir, and the Labyrinth." The woman responded in a sympathetic tone.

"YOU LIE!!!" Kayla shrieked as she leapt towards the woman, but the LadyDevimon intervened.

The woman then came over to Kayla, who was on the cold floor, naked and sobbing, lifted her up, and hugged the girl.

"Who..." (sniffle) "..are you?"

"Your new friend." Lilithmon replied, smiling as she tried to sound caring.

All according to plan...

Floating in the black void, ChaosGallantmon found himself rather put off.

"Hey buddy, what's wrong?" Vincent asked the somewhat angry former Royal Knight.

"Feh, I am glad that we completed the mission for lord Ogudomon...but-"

"But?..."

"I wish I'd had a bit more time to show that BioMerged bastard just who was stronger..."

"Ah don't worry, your role this time was simply a distraction. I'm sure you'll really show your stuff next time."

"I suppose..." ChaosGallantmon concluded with a sigh.

 

Keila looked out in surprise as all of Ogudomon's forces vanished, before letting out a grunt of disappointment.

"Hmph! I didn't even get to do anything! This sucks!" She said angrily before being encircled in data, which vanished to show her back in her human form, "Hey can you believe this Alli-" Keila looked around to see the girl they had given the Nature memory was gone, "Hey...where'd she go?"

Of course, what Lilithmon had said wasn't true.

Not. A. Word.

The Gungnir didn't explode, and made it to the Labyrinth safe and sound, along with the surviving ships of 3rd, 4th, and 5th Fleets, which were now in dry dock getting repairs from the battle scars they all received.

The Digi-Marines were safe and sound, albeit missing their new LT.

And Commander Andrews was drowning his sorrows in carbonated beverages.

((What?))

"You can't blame yourself, Boss." Garrett tried to comfort his superior.

"Yes, I can!" Daniel replied, taking another swig of A&W. "I could have kept her safe instead of giving her off to a complete stranger! I could have protected her instead of focusing on the mission!"

"Which is what you were SUPPOSED to do!" Garrett retorted. "The way you fired that cannon was astounding! Absolutely beautiful!"

"But it was a red herring! A false lead! All to get Kayla!"

Daniel cried into Alice's shoulder, something that she would never let anyone do, ever, except for one of the few people in the world she actually cared about.

[Blackstone Dresden]

Ashu let out a pained grunt "Getting my ass handed to me repeatedly" he said "Blade's not doing much better. He took the brunt of the attacks. I swear there must have been fifty of them"

 

Blade, in his namesake form, had somehow managed to muster up enough strength to drag Marcus to the Gungnir and then immediately passed out, devolving to KoKabuterimon in the process

 

Rosemon split into Floramon and Liya, the latter placing the Insect/Plant DigiMemory in the hilt of another sword, wooden with an emerald blade, that immediately vanished, freeing another leg "Very, very good" she said with a smirk

 

"Well, at least there were no fatalities" Zehn rationalized, dropping to his human form and opening the hatch to the inside of the ship "Ladies first"

 

Jack was also there, his face bloodied and his arm wrapped up like the mummy. "Drop the root, have a beer" Jack said, taking his own advice and pouring a glass of something in between beer and hard liquor that humans don't have a term for and downing half of it in a swig, more to numb the pain from his wounds "So, who's the new guy?" he asked "When Nurse Celeste was bandaging me up, I overheard one of the nurse Gardromon talking about a guy that was in worse condition than all of us combined showing up as soon as the Demon Lords left"
