Nothing to say on uniqueness... Neos Wiseman is sorta a better version of Yubel... I like it... 9/10 Oh yes, there's another thing to edit. The Attribute says "Water" when its supposed to be Spell. Card Updated.- OCG Fixed a little, updated to new OCG. - Switched Symbol from Water to Spell.- Labeled it as a Spell Card.- Added Quote at the bottom, directly from the anime and shortened to fit the short lines. Enlighten me, how exactly would it make the card overpowered? Oh, that's right, it doesn't. Neglected Intent is just a goos support card for Yubel, nothing else. You can just Attack and Attack abussing of it's effect without fear, cuz if it's destroyed you bring other Yuberl and so on...The great Drawback Yubel has is the one of Tributing a monster but thanks to this card you don't have, so you can abuse and abuse of Yubel's effect.... Anyways, "Neglected Intent" should be continuous in my opinion: Your opponent will never attack Yubel on its own, so "Neglected Intent" would let her do the attack each turn.In case you agree with this suggestion, remove the effect that negates the maintenance cost for balance.You could also change "Yubel" for "Yubel" monster so the card will affect all forms of Yubel, although the last form doesn't need it. Opponent doesnt need capitalisation. although it does look correct, its not necessary.also, i dont know if maintenance cost is correct? sounds little strange.... perhaps go with, a face-up "Yubel" you control is not destroyed by it's own effect at the End Phase of your turn. The .JPG quality of the image keeps the load time down due to the massive size (maybe 100px larger than normal?), while saving as .PNG doesn't destroy it further when exporting. Made on MSE.
