This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except from your hand when a face-up monster you control is destroyed by an effect and sent to the Graveyard. Once per turn' date=' you can treat 1 Synchro Monster your opponent controls as an Equip Card and equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the total ATK of the monsters equipped to it by this effect. While this card is face-up on the field, other monsters you control cannot declare an attack. Also, once per turn, you can negate the activation of an opponent's Magic Card and destroy it. (unconfirmed)

Also, Junk Warrior anyone? And lolwiki:

This card could be splashable in a Scrap deck because most of cards involve destroying themselves or cards on your side of the field

But hey, could work... *makes Machine Emperor Scrap Infinity.dek*

If all the Machine Emperors are this good, I think I'll end up running them. I won't make a deck dedicated to them, but I will most certainly splash it into something. Maybe if I ever make an Incan/Skill Drain deck I'll use the Machine Emperors in it.

...if that's actually its effect, then it's about as good as we could hope for the Machine Emperors. It's awesome, actually. No limit to the Synchros to steal, can negate a Magic Card for free, with all the effect destruction around, losing one to summon this (EITHER player can destroy it) is worth it.

If only Konami puts the parts of the Machine Emperors ether as Union monsters or Equip cards.

Then I'll be happy.

Its already pretty much confirmed that the machine emperors are the whole thing in 1 image, and they wont have the other cards that let them "evolve".

Yea, I'm calling this broken. It punishes your opponent for doing something thats is a key part of the game.

Still, it goes with out saying that I want,

Also, why is this only level 1? It doesn't seem to fit. Meh, it doesn't hurt, so who cares.

But in the anime, the Machine Emperors were only summoned when something was destroyed(the core, really)

And if I recall, the main unit of the machine emperors were also level 1.

Basically Konami tried to go for a direct translation of the Machine Emperors, while also removing the other limbs
