I think I would have went with GH3, too. More seriously, I'd have to say it is a three-way tie between Okami, Super Mario Galaxy 2, and Pokemon Black/White. All three OSTs have some beautiful tracks, and all three games were well-orchestrated by renowned composers. Out of the three, however, Okami was the most emotionally moving. Dark Posted April 7, 2011 Report Share Posted April 7, 2011 Retro music is nostalgic but obviously not as well-composed as modern music. If you want chiptunes or catchy beats, go straight to the 8-bit era. If you want orchestrated goodness, or music that really brings out strong emotions, head towards the modern music. I personally prefer modern music because I'm not super into chiptunes, although they are very catchy and you kind of have to love at least some of them. :3 I will post some requests tomorrow, I've been so busy with school and work that I've neglected this thread entirely.
