You can banish an opponent's monster that battles this card. That monsters is returned to the field at the end of Battle Phase. If the monster that was banished was an Xyz Monster, this card gains 200 ATK for each Xyz Material that monster had when it was banished. Blue-Eyes Upgraded Dragon is sounding pretty nice. .Nu-13
The second possible effect is: Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon 8 Stars/LIGHT/Dragon-Type - Effect/3000 ATK/1000 DEF This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card must be Normal Summoned by Tributing 2 Dragon-Type monsters. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can banish 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard to select 1 card on the field and destroy it. This card cannot be destroyed by Spells/Trap Cards or the effects of Effect Monsters.

White Void
First effect is more likely since we have a picture and I can make out 2000 and 200 in it: Not sure how to feel about this. Called it having Blue Eyes stats though.

evilfusion
So...assuming the first effect is correct...it's fairly easy to Summon, and not an Xyz itself, which is good. 2 monsters with 2000 ATK is fairly easy to accomplish in this day and age. But I'm not sure how worthwhile it would be. 3000 ATK is awesome, of course, and it can force a monster to be RFGed when it battles, but the monster comes back. RFGing an Xyz gives a double benefit: Removing the Xyz Materials from the monster, and gaining 200 ATK apiece. The problem is that it doesn't remove the cards permanently, but just briefly. With that in mind, the strategy seems to be keeping the opponent's cards in play so you can assault it each turn. Maybe Photons will make the card look good, and it doesn't appear to be a Nomi/Semi-Nomi so it could find some use.

~British Soul~
so... it isn't an Xyz huh.... and here i thought it was, but hey it's a Trade-In target
White Void
Wait maybe I'm just not looking at this right but it doesn't say when exactly the monster is banished when usually such effects say after damage calculation, etc....wouldn't using it's effect trigger a replay....since I'm just assuming here that it can be activated before damage calculation during battle....
I'm under the belief it banishes AFTER damage calculation. So the monster would be destroyed/destroy G-E, damage to LP would occur, the battling monster would be RFGed, and then return to the field. Dr. Cakey
Strictly speaking, based on the current text, it would banish the monster before damage calculation (like Catastor). But the way the sentence is worded makes it look like it's supposed to say "after damage calculation" at the end. Basically, we need summon to translate *summons Darkplant*
