I like thinking that that ZEXAL Weapon card is a pony. That would explain in a more logical manner why was it possible for Yuma to even end up in a draw against Kaito even when his Key Number evolved, his kattobingu style of optimism, and his SS transformation weren't enough

Or it could be just that Utopia still had 2 materials. I'm pretty sure this is fan-made so we probably still don't know.

I'm fairly sure it means that you can use Utopia as a material instead of another LIGHT Level 4 if you want, because normally you can't use Xyz as Xyz materials since they don't have levels.

Well, except in the anime it was shown CNo.39 could use JUST Utopia, and I honestly believe they want to keep it that way. Otherwise they wouldn't have made the effect so hard to use. The 3 Level 4 Light condition is probably just an alternate way of Summoning it.

And it may just be explaining you Xyz Summon this (considered properly Summoned) by using Utopia as an Xyz Material, so you stack this on Utopia. It's not a Tribute or similar.

I look forward to this getting released so we can have a ruling or something.
