No, just no.

Considering it's effect happens in the Battle Phase, which not only makes it rather slow and vulnerable to stuff like Mirror Force/D-Prison, you almost always end up having to use your Normal Summon on this card, if you want to continue spamming it.
If anything, IMO, this card should be@2(Plus, it would be a fun format).
