(700 ATK|LV1|Tuner) [color=#D4AF37]"Next, since I control a Level 4 or lower X-Saber, I can Special Summon XX-Saber Falchionknight in Attack Mode!"[/color] A slender-looking figure swooped down and revealed himself to be a falcon-headed man with avian legs, a rapier in one hand, glowing armor, and a red cloak. (1700 ATK|LV4) [color=#D4AF37]"Now, I will use Tiurcer's effect to send XX-Saber Airbellum from my Deck to the Graveyard to make his Level 3! Now, to Synchro Summon!"[/color] Tiurcer raises his swords, which flash, turning him into 3 green rings, which Falchionknight enters, becoming 4 stars. [color=#D4AF37][i]"Espadas cruzadas enzarzados en un combate eterno! El soldado rebelde ha vuelto a hacer una entrada atrevido! Invocada Sincronía! Espada en mano! Sable-X Souza!"[/i][/color] The synchro array exploded into a beam of light, and a scruffy-looking mercenary appeared in front of the swordsman, possessing a ragged red cloak, some armor, and a pair of broadswords, one in each of his meaty fists. (2500 ATK|LV7) [color=#D4AF37]"Now, to Special Summon XX-Saber Crusader from my hand, since I control an X-Saber Synchro Monster!"[/color] A knight in silver armor, a bucket-shaped helmet with an X-shaped visor, and a red cloak clanked onto the field. (1000 ATK|LV3) [color=#D4AF37]"And for X-Saber Souza's effect! I can Tribute Crusader to give my X-Saber Souza the power to win a battle against any monster he battles, no matter how powerful his foe!"[/color] Crusader transformed into two motes of light that surrounded Souza's swords with wisps of energy. [color=#D4AF37]" Plus, I Banish Crusader by his own effect to draw 2 cards! Now, going to my Battle Phase, I activate Red Cloak Feint!"[/color] Souza twirled his cloak, but the cloak flew a bit in the wind before dropping to the floor of the roof they were on. [color=#D4AF37]"This allows me to negate the effect of your Number Wall and attack your monster!"[/color] Souza reappeared on V's side of the wall, sans his cloak, grinned as he gripped his swords, and rushed at the crest-wielding duelist. [color=#D4AF37]"Let's go, [i]amigo[/i]! Unrelenting Assault![/color] Souza dashed towards V...then past him, slowing down as he looked around, very confused as to where his opponent was...

V laughed. [color=blue]"I feel sorry for your monster. Are you aware of what he's even trying to attack?"[/color] He asked, and then thrust a pointed finger high up into the air. It was 2 PM. His finger was pointing right at the sun. Why was he pointing at the sun?

[color=blue][b]"REVEAL YOUR TRUE FORM, CANOPY STAR - DYSON SPHERE!!!!"[/b][/color] He declared, and his two opponents looked up at the sun. His crest glowed sharply.

Something began to close over the sun. Something gigantic. Something colossal. Something completely beyond the imagination of an ordinary human being. It was only visible with a D-Gazer, but it was surely there . . . .

[center][b]The sun was covered by a sphere, which then closed and shut tight. Everyone with a D-Gazer suddenly found everything grow darker. [i]A dyson sphere, with the number '9' imprinted on it, visible to all with a D-Gazer. This was Canopy Star - Dyson Sphere.[/i][/b][/center]

That was the monster X-Saber Souza was trying to attack. Something over a million times more colossal than the planet itself.

[color=blue]"All attacks against it will be negated, none can reach Dyson Sphere from its position."[/color] V continued, before shooting a cocky glance at his most hated enemy.

In truth, Faker's only [i]current[/i] concern was the face-down card that was Set before he could make his move. That's when he witnessed one of Chris' monsters failing in its attack on No. 9.[/color]

She then teleported to Mr. Heartland's location, appearing just about 10 feet or so away from him. Still, she had a feeling that even if the teleportation didn't spook him, the sight of the dead girl in her arms definitely [i]would[/i], and as such, she had a worried look on her face.[/color]

When you destroy this card while it was face-down, You have to choose to either discard 1 card from your hand, or destroy a monster on your side of the field..."[/b][/color]

Though the other cards were destroyed, Seth's Dark Coffin appeared from the ground and it opened, releasing a black shadowy monster, which reached out and grabbed Photon Wyvern, dragging it to the grave yard with it.

Chris just stared at the massive monster, barely able to make out the "09" on its side, but still studying every detail of the megastructure. This thing...it was simply colossal, and there seemed to be no way to get past it. The only time he had ever had trouble with Souza's effect was when he dueled against someone close to him, who used Number 39: Utopia against his Souza, negating his attack before he could even use Souza's effect, then upgrading the monster to its Chaos Number form before utterly destroying him. But that was just a powerful Rank 4 Number. This...this THING...it was a massive Rank 9! How in the world could he defeat it?!?
The only thing he could do was speak his mind in his mother's tongue. [color=#D4AF37]"[i]Dios mío! ¿Qué demonios es esa cosa? Es tan jodidamente enorme![/i]"[/color]

Atsuko smiled as she activated her Electromagnetic Fusion. [color=#FF0000]"Now I'll fuse my Magnet Eagle Delta and my Magnet Unicorn Iota together to create Electromagnetic Pegasus - Magnecorn!"[/color] Her mechanical-looking monsters were sucked into the generator-like device and flew out combined into a strange silvery winged unicorn with a rainbow mane and tail. (2800 ATK|LV6)
[color=#0093AF]"So?"[/color] Her opponent retaliated, a kid with a blue bowl cut for hair. [color=#0093AF]"You can't get past my Super Crashbug!"[/color] He indicated to the massive pixelated beast kneeling down and blocking his body with his arms in front of him.
[color=#ff0000]"Watch, as I equip Fusion Weapon!"[/color] The horse's horn was replaced by a powerful-looking energy cannon. (2800 ATK -> 4300 ATK) [color=#ff0000]"Plus, my monster has Piercing, so let's finish this! I-"[/color]
Atsuko's finishing move was cut short by a huge shadow being cast over the augmented reality of the game. All over Heartland, people using D-Gazers were looking to the sky to see what was virtually blocking out the sun. Atsuko's jaw dropped as she recognized her mother's ace card, probably being used by its original owner. However, a quick calculation showed that its central point was hovering exactly over her hotel!
[color=#ff0000]"Game called on account of giant floating structure."[/color] She told her opponent idly.
[color=#0093AF]"Yeah..."[/color] Caswell replied, awestruck by Dyson Sphere's size.
Atsuko ran through the throng of people, trying to make it back to the hotel, hoping her best friend was still alright. It was VERY difficult to defeat Dyson Sphere, especially if someone knew how to use the card, and Chris would need all of the help he could get.

Chris, still very shell-shocked, set down 2 cards with quivering hands. [color=#D4AF37]"[i]Me puse dos cartas boca abajo, y terminar mi turno.[/i]"[/color] Souza went back over to Chris' field, running onto Dark Flattop to get past the barrier. He reattached his cloak and readied his swords, looking up at Dyson Sphere with a worried look on his face.

[color=blue]"I flip my Dark Flattop into Attack Position, and then activate the spell card Shield & Sword, flipping the face-up ATK and DEF of all monsters on the field until the End Phase!"[/color] Suddenly, the large cruiser floating by the hotel rose up higher, and suddenly it grew cannons (ATK 3000). On the other hand, Dyson Sphere also rotated a little, increasing its ATK to 3000. The monsters of Chris and Faker also wavered.

[color=blue]"Now, Dark Flattop, attack Faker's Koaki monster! And Dyson Sphere, his friend's X-Saber Souza!"[/color] He laughed as the cruiser launched a cannon at Faker's monster on top the hotel, while a powerful vortex appeared and sucked in Souza.

[color=blue]"Faker, you stand no chance against me!"[/color] He declared. [color=blue]"Feel our wrath, our suffering, and our agony!!!"[/color]

[color=#000000]Koa'ki Meiru D'zeljr instinctively fired off laser beams from each of its tentacles, in an attempt to drive the cannon shot back and save itself. The shot was moving too quickly at first, but suddenly, just the few [i]narrowest[/i] inches away from the creature's life, an Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru materialized from out of nowhere and intercepted the blast, exploding on impact. D'zeljr then used the lasers to push the explosion so it would envelope the Dark Flattop that fired the shot in the first place.[/color]

[color=#800000]"You were saying...?"[/color][color=#000000] [/color][color=#000000]Dr. Faker asked mockingly, before going on to explain, [/color][color=#800000]"Iron Core Luster; it allows me to negate your Shield & Sword when I reveal an Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru in my hand, thus reverting the Attack and Defense Points of all monsters on the field back to normal. Like I said, your gloating doesn't make any difference."[/color]

Dorian had just woken up from his nap and had already made his deck for the tournament semi-finals. The rest of the day was going to be about watching other matches and simply relaxing. As they made their way through the tournament grounds he pulled out his D-Gazer to see if there was any way to see who was playing as he turn it on though he noticed that the sky was dark which was odd for it to be 2 P.M. On a whim Dorian looked up in the sky and saw Dyson Sphere blocking out the sun. "[color=#ff8c00]Um okay this is happening"[/color] Dorian felt that card was a numbers but just this once he felt it was to big for him to deal with. But because of that things massive size he felt no shame in admitting that. Dorian and Butler proceeded to walk along until they stumbled upon a tag match with Seth and Leon. "[color=#ff8c00]Well will wonders never cease. Shark boy isn't dead and they don't see really depressed either so that means Digi-girl is most likely okay as well. I shant bother them let them have their fun."[/color] Butler looks at the two boys and doesn't make in extra movements maybe they haven't been spotted yet. "Butler lets give these boys some space I don't mind watching this match from the nosebleed section if its in the shade." Dorian and Butler go sit down near a parasol table and chill in the shade and watch Seth and Leon's match. [color=#ff8c00]"I feel like such a stalker."[/color] Dorian said accompanied by a snicker.

Back at Leon's house, and after kicking yuki out of the room temporarily to get Dressed and fix up her bandages that covered her still semi-fresh wounds and burns she had received before., Amber was good and ready to go. All she needed to do now was to show her Heart Piece to the officials and register for the semi-finals.

While waiting for Amber to get dressed up, Yuki slowly felt his consciousness waning away and in a matter of seconds he fell asleep. When he reopened his eyes, he found himself in a pure white room with seemingly no boundaries. Nobody or nothing was there, except for a small cage where 44 used to keep him in. [color=#4b0082]"Ah.. I'm... Here again..." [/color][color=#000000]He said in a lifeless tone, as if he was only a mere spirit. [/color][color=#ffd700][b]"I have an urgent matter to discuss." [/b][/color][color=#000000]51 suddenly appeared in front of [/color]Yuki. 51's sudden appearance surprised Yuki and returned him to his full consciousness. [color=#4b0082]"Whoa! Taiyohime, I told you to stop surprising me like that! Anyway, what's so urgent that you have to bring me here? Can't you just appear in the real world?" [/color][color=#000000]Hearing Yuki's statement, 51's face suddenly got a lot darker and lost any sense of joy or happiness. [/color][color=#4b0082]"What's with the long face? Was it something I said?" [/color][color=#ffd700][b]"No, it's not what you said. It's because of this." [/b][/color][color=#000000]After 51's words was spoken, the a large brick wall with a graffiti of "51" written in a very odd font materialized behind 51. [/color]The wall is wrapped by ethereal, spiritual chains that is slightly transparent. But the really shocking part is what is behind the chains. The chains are holding Yuki's soul.

[color=#4b0082]"That's... Me?"[/color] Yuki asked in a shocked tone.
[color=#ffd700][b]"No, that is your soul." [/b][/color]Just like before, 51's words are filled with sadness and grief.
[color=#4b0082]"I don't really understand. Just what is that thing?"[/color]
[color=#ffd700][b]"It's a long story. You know that you are supposed to be dead, right? And the only reason you are here is because of powers."[/b][/color]

[color=#ffd700][b]"That wall, to put it simply, is my power. While the chains are Fubuki's wish. You see, when you die, your soul are supposed to leave the body and go to the afterlife. But my ability stopped your soul from entering the afterlife and sealed in back in your body. The only thing keeping you alive are the chains surrounding your soul."[/b][/color]

[color=#ffd700][b]"No, Fubuki never acquired me legally. So you are still my true owner. So even if you borrow me to your friends or Fubuki, you will still stay alive. But if somebody, lets say that rich bastard, defeats you in a duel and claims my card, you will be killed."[/b][/color]

After hearing 51's long explanation, Yuki turned around and prepared to leave his soul room. [color=#ffd700][b]"H-Hey, shouldn't you be more cautious now that you know what will happen if you lose?!" [/b][/color][color=#000000]51 shouted at his owner. Yuki turned his head towards 51 and softly said; [/color][color=#4b0082]"Well, I am afraid of dying. Everybody is. But if I don't lose, then everything would be OK, right?"[/color] [color=#000000]After saying so, Yuki left his spirit room and his real self woke up.[/color]

Once Butler put it on he could see the holograms and he could see Dyson Sphere blocking out the sun.

As the cruiser was destroyed by Faker's monster, it sent an emergency signal up into space, where a satellite materialized into augmented reality and received it. When the satellite did, a cannon suddenly appeared out of it, a cannon pointing low and directly at the hotel. (DEF 0)

Chris was still unable to do anything as his monster was attacked by this Dyson Sphere, with the massive Number forming a black hole in mid-air to suck Souza into. Bits and pieces of the roof rose up towards the vortex, so Chris activated his Trap Card. [color=#D4AF37]"I activate At One With The Sword! Because I only control Souza, his ATK is permanently increased by 800, and whenever he destroys a monster by battle, I can draw a card!"[/color] Souza lost his grip with one of his swords, but plunged the other one into the roof to anchor himself from the attack. (2500 ATK -> 3300 ATK) His other sword flew up, but the black hole disappeared, allowing it to fall back down towards V, who took the battle damage from the attack. (V: 5500 LP)

James eyes widened as he looked up to the sky when he felt something strange in the slightly darker atmosphere. He couldn’t believe it when he saw a gigantic satellite like machine blocking the sun (Number 9). [color=#daa520][i]‘Ohh…Sh*t, that Number looks godlike. Maybes it would be interesting to see the reaction from my Opponent,’[/i][/color] he thought weakly staring at the monster. [color=#daa520][b]“Hey Byron…I don’t want to interrupt your concentration on planning your move…But look at that thing…!”[/b][/color] he shouted losing his calm as he tried not to have any knowledge of the Numbers. [color=#daa520][b]“Byron, do you know what that thing is and how it is so big that everyone can see it…?”[/b][/color] he asked curious.

Suddenly, Omega’s attention was turned into a shock as he saw a giant space satellite in the sky (Number 9). [b][i]‘Interesting, a Number. I should certainly watch to see what is happening,’[/i][/b] his eyes stared at it with greed. Not being scared of its size, Omega moved onwards in an attempt to investigate the card by casually walking through Heartland in a blind chase.

IV was asking questions he knew the answers to already. He knew that James was a holder. "My move then?" He was moderately worried after seeing his opponent use a Wind-Up monster. Wind-Ups could get annoying. "Draw." (Hand: 4) He looked over his hand. "I guess I'll special summon Victory Toon Viper to the field, as I control Toon World." Flying out of the Space-Fortress inside Toon World came a battle-ready star ship that looked a bit childish and deranged. "But I'll tribute it now. I'm going to summon an even stronger Toon! Come forth, Toon Summoned Skull!" The pages of Toon World flipped again, this time ending on a graveyard. Then, a cartoon demon sprouted out of the book, connected to it at the waist. "However, he can't attack the turn I summon him. So I'll just end there." IV looked back up at Dyson Sphere. [i]Better finish this quick, [/i]he thought.

Nothing much was happening for him, but he soon saw that he should probably get to placing his Heart for being a semi-finalist. He was at the registration room and was rather impressed in knowing he was one of the first people there...if not the first to complete his registration, the fact that Heartland had probably already filled his paperwork may have been one thing. The other thing he noticed was the fact that the workers at the registration desks seemed terrified of him. "huh?" he looked behind himself and for a second the image of Shark Drake was very visible, but as it tried to attack Josep lifted his hand and Shark Drake dematerialized back into nothingness. "Stupid fish...."

[color=#daa520][b]“Wind-Up Zenmaister’s effect increases it’s ATK by 300 for each Xyz Material attached to it (2500/1500),”[/b][/color] he explained adding a level 4 or lower Wind-Up monster from the effect of Wind-Up Factory (OOC: I am not certain it would work).

The Mirror showed a transformed version of James monster, one that was toonified. The monster climbed out of the mirror and stuck out its tongue at Zenmaister. (ATK 1900->2500) "So, James, whadya think? Much better, isn't it?"

Dorian had made his way to registration and he had to have been the fifth one there. Slightly unnerving since he thought more people should have a complete heart set but based on the mechanics of the tournament it was easy for participants to constantly dwindle each other down to nothingness. Luckily for him most of his heart pieces came pretty easy. As he walked tithe front line he put on his best gentlemen smile and presented his full heart "Hello the name is Dorian Von Schrodder I would like to register please" he was given his paper work and as he filled it out he checked out the room to see if he saw any familiar faces. He did see young Joesph but he did not make introduction this was simple recon mission. Out from the back one of he workers informed Dorian that his father sent a package for him and it arrived at Heartland today. As Dorian was puzzled by this choice he realized quickly what it was. "Oh that is just a present for Mr. Heartland as a way of thanking him for allowing me to be in this wonderful tournament please make sure that he gets it, I look forward to semi-finals" Dorian said as without dropping his thousand dollar smile. He finished his registration and decided to sit in the waiting room for a little while and look at his deck and maybe see if other interesting people would walk in.

[color=#000000]Pointing all 4 tentacles straight at V, D'zeljr fired blue lasers this time. Normally, D'zeljr could manipulate [i]these[/i]​ lasers so that they manoeuvred around any monsters that would otherwise intercept the attack, but since V's monsters were all the way up in space, it instinctively decided that wasn't necessary, and instead shot the lasers straight for him.[/color]
