Catterjune
Highest of high quality sleeves to protect your cards? Sexy anime chicks and "cool" designs (but usually lower in quality)? Do you make different cleeves for each deck? ("Dark" monster decks = black sleeves. "Light" monster decks = white) Or do you just play DN instead? Me: When I used to play, I bought like... 400 purple sleeves and used that. I used to play zombies (with Caius), and Zombie Master and Caius and Plaguespreader Zombie looked awesome in purple UltraPro sleeves. Lightsworn in purple sleeves looked really awful though. =| Now I just play DN. No sleeves. Also post your DN sleeves, I guess. IDGAF.
Blake
Seeing as I run predominately LIGHT decks, I did find these Kanade Otonashi Card sleeves one time, and I'd use them in a heartbeat if I played IRL. Alas, I do not, so I won't.
Toffee.
My IRL Scrap.dek has silver Ultra Pro ones. They match them quite well. THE EXTRA DECK, ON THE OTHER HAND.... Mess of random sleeves. Also, personally, sleeves that match the deck make the deck look better overall.
This Account is Unplayable
The new orange Ultra-Pro sleeves. They're so much better than the design that they just switched from too. Smooth, but not so you can't grip them nicely, and resilient to wearing at the edges. Used to use the slightly older-style red ones, but they're just so bad in comparison and wore way too easily, so the point that my deck looked like a mess, and that was from just a few shuffles. That does remind me that I need new Graphas and Snowws though. Corners on those are so bent that I could get accused of stacking my deck.

Synchronized
I'm eventually going to get the E-HERO Gaia Sleeves for Bubblebeat, but they're expensive and I really don't want to import them from Japan. It'll take too long. Same problem with the Dragonic Kaiser, Vermillion sleeves I wanna get for Vanguard.
Just Crouton
I still have sleeves with a scantily-clad anime warrior girl from 2007.
.Leo
I use Ultra Pro Blue Sleeves. They are pretty cool, I would get them again. And for DN I just have some random pink and blue sleeves since I haven't donated.
CinnamonStar
I think it's pretty nice if you have sleeves that fit your theme.:3 Back when I used to play (which was when Black Luster Soldier and Chaos Emperor Dragon just came out and I was so damn happy about owning one of them >.>), I always used sleeves for my Decks to protect the cards. Now if I EVER started playing again, I'd probably buy some more and pick theme colours. I'd probably deco-den the hell out of them too, like putting rhinestones/stars/flowers/things on them. Or anchors on Aqua-themed Decks, that sounds damn fine. They don't need to have Anime characters/monsters on them.
-Berserker-
Black Ultra Pro for main deck. Variety for Extra deck, as long as it looks different enough from main to prevent shuffling it by mistake.
Legend Zero
I hate spending money on sleeves and someone sold me his for dirt cheap. :S
Kingdom Xathers
I don't use sleeves often, but when I do, I use these plain, green sleeves for my main deck, and blue and/or pink for my Extra Deck. Otherwise, I keep my Decks in Pokemon Tins: a Fire Type-Themed tin with Ponyta, Flareon, Growlithe and Vulpix for my E-HERO Deck, and a Water Type-Themed tin with Lapras, Seel, Vaporeon and Golduck for my Pure Lightsworn Deck. On DN, I make the sleeves all-black, and that's about it.
Airride
I non-Color Code them. Machina is Red Spaceships are green GAStun is orange Extra is Blue Heroes might be yellow or maybe Purple. All Players Choice, except the extra and Ships, which are ultra pro.
Sleepy
I used to have pretty sleeves with anime characters, fairies, and cute things in the back, but those suck when it comes to quality. The designs always peel off, and even if the sleeve itself still works, it's no longer equal to the other sleeves if it lacks the image or part of it. I use plain colored pro sleeves. Why aren't design sleeves made that way? why doesn't the green in green sleeves peel off? >:I for everything that isn't my Deck of usage, I use transparent sleeves, and I plan on just drawing something and copying it 40 times to fit into them. AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
I have some old, plain, lime green sleeves that I use for two of the three IRL decks I could put together IRL (all of which are incredibly old). They aren't fitting for the Decks at all though, but I was convinced to use them when I was little to protect the cards from damage. :/
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
The only sleeves I use are ones I won at local tourneys years ago, including a skull sleeve, dragons, and some weird multicolored ones.
Shizuku Oikawa
The sleeves I'll use on DN when I get a computer until I find a Chihaya card sleeves which I'll order as soon as I find them somewhere:
newhat
I do not use custom sleeves, because I fear that someone will dislike those as much as I do sleeves with
Sexy anime chicks
or moe kawaii uguu not a fan
Citrine Serpent
I find ultra pro to be incredibly crappy quality compared to dragon shield, but UP is the one that sells 60-pack ;_; Shield is roomier for the card and the rough back of pro bugs me. I also have some Japanese brand sleeves that are similar to Shields, which are nice. One color plain is always fine.

Agro
If you play Yugioh IRL, there are really two types of sleeves you'll probably play with. Either UltraPro or Player's Choice. The white Player's Choice is by and far the best. No one knows why, they just are. And they sell out of them a helluva lot. UltraPro's are bigger and break easier... Player's Choice sleeves are great.
