Alexi is inside of the thing, as a projection of his consciousness but still inside of it. As my post in the IC indicates, I believe that from where he is he can find whatever the tree's consciousness is primarily centered around. Were he able to destroy or damage this "core consciousness" it stands to reason that elnherjar would just be a normal tree. We've got a lightning bolt that should hit Elnaer, and a sealing spell that should use the lightning bolt for energy to seal away his mana. He feasts on humans for breakfast, and lunch, and dinner. It's his main power source, and I doubt he'd ever let that go. If anything, he would run away from the new order and go on an eternal human killing spree as a wandering mass murderer or something. @Piercer: [i]easy.[/i] Just post having Luis protect Alexi's body from Elnherjar's en masse wave. @C4: Uh, hey. After I post the super-awesome ending, can you give it a few days before you post?
