Favourite Pokémon: Espeon
Favourite game: In general: Diablo 3. Favorite pokemon game: Emerald. (I know it's not the best pokemon game, but if you've wasted 1000 hours + on a game, it's hard not to get attached to it.)
Are you new to Nuzlockes / experience? I've done about 50 of them, but I've never gotten past the 4th gym in any of them. Lolwut. I suck.

James (Rattata, Lv 11) RIP.

I am so rusty at these, 2 deaths already.

Samara and Kaidan going strong, grinding out levels with Zaeed (Magikarp, Lv 8), but idk if he'll make it.

Hoping for good poke's from Mt Moon (doubt it, dem Zubats) and Route 4, something I can really work with.

I don't know about names, my first guess was something like "Nuts in the Sky" (or anything related to Nuzleaf), but then I saw how bad it sounds.
Dunno, if people like Nuzlocke Nook, we can use it.

Did you play with only one heal per Pokémon centre, healing items only in battles, etc.?

Should be possible once you get past Brock.
Assuming that your first Pokémon aren't something like Pikachu and Pidgey, or Pikachu and Rattata.o_o

Are you playing with one Pokémon allowed to be caught per entire cave or cave level?
Because with a lot of luck, you could run across a Machop.:o

Sarge the Squirtle (Modest nature) Lv 12
Beetle the Moltres (Naive nature) Lv 12
Park the Spinarak (Modest nature) Lv 13

Dunno if it's decent enough to use or not. It's a little rough around the edges.

Last playthrough was that I couldn't use a Pkmn Center more than twice, 1 before leader, one after, 1 in any town without a Gym, and yeah, healing items in battle only.

Taking hard mode to the extreme. :l

Not going with 1 per cave level, seems an easy way out. Which means I'll probably be forced to grind a Zubat (providing I don't kill it) just for some type variation.

On my current Nuzlocke though, Samara is my current MVP - annihilated Brock and is leading the team like a champ.

Thar: I like the Nuzlocke Nook as a name. It's definitely better than Nuts in the Sky or Bulks of Light.
I still think there should be something related to Nuzleaf somewhere (since he's the namesake of the whole thing).
What's the meaning of the cat/thin military guy/round face dude?=o

Skizo: Well I remember the only decent ways to beat Brock in Yellow being either a Mankey or a Nidoran that knows Double-Kick. Afaik.

ALSO GUYS, since we have a lot of members now, we could start some sort of event.
Thoughts?
I don't have a Nuzlocke run going on currently, so this would be welcome.

What should it be like though (concept-wise, any sort of twist added to the challenge)?

Btw I'm starting a Soul Silver nuz, because I've never played the remake and happened to have it on my laptop.
The next person who posts gets to pick my starter (Chikorita or Cyndaquil because I love Totodile and have already used it D:).

Rules:
- Fainting means boxed.
- Every Pokémon will be nicknamed.
- Only the first Pokémon in every area can be caught.
- Dupe/shiny clause: If it's a pre-evolution or evolution or somewhat related to a Pokémon I've already caught, I don't have to catch it.
- HM issues: I'll reserve the right to keep 2 HM slaves around to get rid of that tree or rock or waterfall that comes up.

Yeah, I'm starting with easy mode...

Taking gym leaders into account, I think Chikorita is actually the most challenging.

I mean, it's attacking stats are meh, and most gyms are tough for it due to weaknesses and resistances. Specifically the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 7th and 8th.

That's the way I thought about it too. And gym leaders are generally the reasons my nuzlockes end.
