Add BLS, Gorz, or any card and this will definetly be the most heaviest beater on the field. If it said equip 1 level 4 or lower, it wouldn't be AS OP... If you realize this card's effect is rather situational, and also eats at your hand, you come to find out this card isn't overpowered at all. evilfusion Posted January 14, 2013 Report Share Posted January 14, 2013 It's only for some manner of dedicated Warrior Decks, and most high ATK Warriors other than BLS are rarely played, or are Extra Deck monsters. I can see it equipping a Neos Alius or the like for 3900 ATK, but in the end, it's a beatstick that requires a Warrior in hand to gain ATK, and like all Equips, would be extremely vulnerable to all forms of removal. That's nice for casual and fun games, but it fails to have any competitive use. But it has at least SOME potential that could possibly break it. Even if it's MST-vulnerable, even if it eats your hand and even the fact that it's highly situational, I still love it. A lot. It is also the first card in the history of anything ever to make Gate Guardian worth running. Also, funny OTK shenanigans with [s]DNA Surgery, Limiter Removal, any warrior with 2000 ATK[/s] that one equip card that increases the ATK of warrior-type by 300 and can be dropped to make it attack twice.
