its basically dangerous machine type-6, but better and in monster form. skill drain makes the cant attack line irrelevant if you wanna go that route. was hoping for an actually useful monster for gadget reptiles but this will be fun in casual builds.

yes. to both counts. the only bad rolls with this are 5 (if they control no cards, but why roll to begin with in that situation?) and 6 (obviously).

 

i imagine that we might be seeing the word "other" sneaking its way into effect number 4 sadly.

 

which means rolling against an empty field (again, why though) is 50/50. which seems "balanced".

For something based off luck, it doesn't seem too bad. I can't see it, but does that say 3000 ATK? If that's the case, oh boy. Now, I am always faulty on conditions vs Continuous Effects, but isn't it a condition effect, in which case it wouldn't matter if it was negated? Maybe I'm wrong here, I dunno how that works.

OT: Even though being luck-based makes pretty meh, it looks like a pretty fun card to play. Its 3k ATK (I think, from the above posts?) also serves as a nice wall.

I like cards that involve inherent randomness, they are exciting. Let's hope they more more good cards that involve luck like this. The gamblers were done really poorly to the point where no one would run them, which isn't what we want.

it would be interesting to see this as one of those 2/3 or more material monsters since it means this can just spam its effect and 5/6's of the time cause hell for your opponent.

This is closer to how luck-based cards should have always been, and I say "closer" because I think it should not have the netagive effect (6). It's drawback enough that the positive effect you roll might most likely not help you in the situation you need.

Considering it's unable to attack, I would conjecture 3 Materials and 3000 ATK.

It defo looks like 3000 ATK to me.

I would totally use it. It seems just too fun.

I would run it in Gogogos. Instead of making a 2xlv4 with the gogogos, will summon Gigas with it's own effect, and it's battle phase-skipping won't matter as this cannot attack anyways. Then next turn I use it for a virus, and then Dark Calling when I need to.
