Now hold up, this could be ridiculous in Aroma.

They draw 1, you gain 2000.  Not great TBH, but if you can plus off the gain with Jasmine then it's honestly not that bad.

They draw 2, you gain 4000.  So I can recover half of my life and they draw 2 off it?  Once again, the draw 2 is risky, but it's half you life

They draw 3, you gain 6000.  Now it's almost guaranteed that my life points are higher than yours.

No, its not great.  Not even close.  But it can literally save you the game in exchange for your opponent drawing a few.  As I said, in aroma, pulsing off that gain can become gamesaving.

Definately not worth running at 3 though.

Maybe a 1 or 2 tech, especially since Draining Shield can help cover the bases that this card does to a lesser extent, but without giving your opponent advantage.

If 6k gain would put you above your opponent and you play Aromages, they probably wouldn't EVER pick 3 cards.

Just saying.

True, but that also limits your opponent to 1 draw, since 2 will probably still put you over.

If you get them on the ropes sometimes they have no choice to pick more.

It forces some legit mind games when use correctly.

Exciton Enabler, anyone?

You're giving them cards exciton can't hit. If they still have a big enough field for exciton to matter, your card count has to be tight enough for this card to put them over you. Meaning you're excitoning your own full field.

Which brings us to the question why? You can't even push.
