Really good option that graveyard recycle. So non-pendulum decks can also use this.

 

Although it will probably be used more as a generic searcher for a lot of pendulum decks, I appreciate that extra possibility.

 

Seems really good in Qliphorts, and less situational than those other traps people have been using to trigger their helix\carrier.

It has a lot of great use in many decks, and is fairly balanced cause of its card type. Some notable uses:
 

-Turn a Graff/Cir/Scarm/any other scrappy BA into a TGU: get a trigger effect off. Very good if TGU gets milled by Dante accidentally.

-Qlis can swap between Carrier/Helix and similar leveled pairs, but seems very slow anyway.

-A Normal Summon of Unuk can convert into an Altair for a next turn setup if Nova is not viable.

 

Sadly though, things like HEROes, Infernoids, and Nekroz can't do crap with this, but for those that can, including a variety of rogues can use this to a good degree.

Crane Crane doesn't let you grab from Deck or let you dodge negators like Veiler. Not saying it's strictly good but a consideration

Ok, but say you Escape a Graff or Cir to get TGU, the same veiler that would have killed your Crane would have also stopped your TGU, not to mention the thing you summon with Graff will die on TGU summon.

 

Not to mention, it's a trap so slower. I just feel Crane would fill the same niche as getting TGU since you can crane a Graff and be at the same point, except you don't have to set Crane, and now you have a way into Trish and Virgil.

 

More utility imo
